I would recommend them to a friend because they did a really great job. In the beginning, before they came out, we were able to work with the tenant on a good time, everything was explained to me, how it'd work, and explained well. They came and did everything. The water remediation was done quickly and very neatly. There was no mess at all. They left that place cleaner than before, and I really appreciate that.

The main person was not there at the same time as the rest of the workers and it did not seem as though he communicated effectively with them. He told me different things would happen than actually did happen and they took out more of the trim/ wall than he said they were going to. I feel as though this should have been communicated with me before it happened if the outcome was different than he initially told me.

I've been very pleased with the work but hope I never need it again for obvious reasons.

My son lost a toe because they didn't cover the work that they did.

ATI Restoration, LLC - Greensboro did not do anything. They came and took a test to see if I had asbestos. I had a hole in my roof, and they did not give me a full estimate on everything. I ended up having to have another company come out and give me an estimate. ATI wanted me to commit to the job without knowing the final cost of it.

The mitigation was good, the repair side was not very good on communication. The lady that came out never sent me the quote and sent her pics to our insurance company and they low balled me. There was damage to the hardwoods and Amy said it was not caused by the leak but the manager did and another company did as well.

Outstanding workmanship from begining to end.

They arrived when they said they would. Work completed in a timely manner. Workers respectful of property. One particular worker, during restoration was quite skilled.

Better communication with the home owner over the project time. Many are taking off work and a time frame and prior plans are best for arranging schedules.

There was clear communication during the process. I would highly recommend the company largely due to one specific worker during restoration. Jerry Carmony was very professional, highly skilled and knowledgeable in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, etc. He was respectful and always tried to do things as if it was his own. The supervisor Jeff was great at communicating.
