I was very disappointed/dissatisfied with ATI specifically because of the Project Manager that was assigned to the project. She displayed a high level of very poor customer service. She was very verbally abusive and she lacked or had very poor communication skills. I requested for her to be removed from the project because of her unprofessionalism but that was ignored. That is the reason why I am giving ATI a very low mark. Ms. Genevieve Rosario was the project manager and her quality of work and performance was very poor. She degraded me when I asked questions. She was very bad with follow up information when I asked for information. She took no accountability for mistakes made on this project. The experience with ATI was one of the worst experiences I have had. The venders that were chose for the work was good and very professional and were very accommodating. But it was Ms. Rosario that made things difficult. What should have been a project that should have only taken 7 weeks ended up taking 10 months. And it was all because of Ms. Rosario. I will not recommend ATI to anyone because I asked for Ms Rosario to be removed, that request was ignored leading me to think that they condoned her behavior and ignored the plight of the customer. There were so many mistakes made by Ms. Rosario, to the point where I literally had to take control of the situation. A lot of mistakes were made, misinformation was provided to me. She verbally assaulted me by telling me that I was one of the worst customers that she ever had to deal with all because I asked questions and did not allow her to do what she wanted to do against my wishes. Very disrespectful. And this experience was very traumatic. To say the least.
Communication. At first it was fine but after a while, I was left out of the loop. The rug I chose was not available until after Dec. 2, 2025. But the contractor didn't even pick it up until Dec 8, 2026. Not knowing he kept giving me excuses as to why he couldn't come to the house and work (the rug they replaced with my original order is nice but not the color I wanted, settled with that one). I always had to text him to see when he was coming and the time to make sure someone would be at the house. I shouldn't have to do that. I understand the deadline you gave me but, I think a lot of time was wasted. Could've completed the job in 3-4 days max. Instead of hopping around from job to job.
The dry-out portion of the process was not an issue. The employees involved were helpful, transparent, and communicated clearly throughout. However, the restoration phase was extremely problematic.
The putty used to fill the holes in the boards on the sides doesn't match the boards.
ATI Restoration had pretty good customer service. Their service was quick and with constant communication. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.
You will be required to be the project manager, and the craftsmanship will not be done to standard.
The team assigned to our restoration were very skillful and worked diligently. However I do think the job could have been completed sooner.
Floors look great.
They always come through. You can call anytime of day or night, and they always take care of the situation.
Communication sucks
The employees were kind and professional.
They were very good. I never had to use one for comparison, but they were good.
The first day they came in and did the demolition, at least most of it. This was at the end of June, it's now the end of August. Come to find out, I was being overcharged ALOT, still trying to remove. I understand making money, however, charging me $8 for tile per sq ft, and they said my budget was $2, and I would have to pay out of pocket for tile that was $2.49
I could go on, but I think you know what I'm talking about. And the work being done is SLOW.
