The ATI people at every level and for every part of the project were very professional and helpful. The construction crew did a truly excellent job. Hortencia and her crew also did an excellent job.

Our experience with ATI was hands down absolutely excellent in all aspects from mitigation, when we realized that we wanted them to carry on & complete our new flooring job. All the crew personnel were very professional, respectful, & thorough explaining as they went through different procedures & processes. I didn’t feel like I had to ask about much of anything which made us feel more at ease during a time we’d be displaced from our home. Our project director, Stacey, & project manager, Jay Coyle, were both just GREAT! They made things work & happen w/in the timeframe they proposed, & never failed once in what they said & told us to do, & how to go about things. They all work tremendously well together, like a well-oiled machine! This is something you don’t see much anymore & we wouldn’t have traded them for anyone else! The care & concern they put into this job & doing it right is exceptional! Don’t ever lose that quality you exude!

The ATI team was great, they responded immediately to our water heater leak which significantly more potential damage that could’ve occur occurred.

Gabriel lead the water mitigation team, and Jay lead the repair team. I’ll add Zac was instrumental and getting our house back in order.

The project manager needs to be assigned from start to finish so the customer who is the end user is working with the same person every single day and can easily call with questions - I didn't figure out who my project manager was until the last phase of the project

Workers sent to our project were professional and energetic setting up the fans and removing the damaged baseboard and sheetrock. Appreciated their effort.

I was barely contacted about what is next with the project.

Took a very long time to complete Jobs. Water mitigation was immediate but everything else that followed could have been quicker. They communicated to me that they were very busy but, it took longer than what I would've liked.

It took 2 weeks to get an approval for an insurance claim. I had to call everyone to get the project started and then was told this was fast process.

Mistakes were made, but ATI was responsive to our concerns and produced quality work. The crew were all very nice and trustworthy

They damaged my master bedroom mirror and expensive china cabinet then lied about seeing a video of it broken before they packed my home. My furniture was 2 years old without a broken mirror and damaged china cabinet. I requested to see the video, but my request was ignored. They want to put a lien on my home for a missing check. My bank doesn’t have a copy of the missing check. I sent them $2000 of the $3900 and they resent an invoice requesting $3900. This is fraud. (My son paid $2000 for me.) I owe them $1900 and not $3900. They are dishonest and untrustworthy. I will never ever recommend this company. Presently, I receive disability income only.

Good work but took way too long.

We use ATI Restoration Dallas exclusively, based on good experiences so far over the last year. I work directly with Will Pierce, and he is always on top of it.

I’ve been waiting since the end of September for my credit on the stain. I filled a complaint on BBB and you responded on December 18!. It’s been close to 1 month from that! My patience is Gone!

I was very pleased with everything and the results were wonderful.

Horrible communication for project. We were often left in the dark. We had to be the one to call every time. We had no idea when Dennis was away for 3 weeks, and had no idea why Tyler would not answer us for 3 weeks. This combined with a complete disregard for the schedule that was set. The original end date was set for June. Work was not completed by ATI until October.

They did not clear out

At first, I was pleased with them, but their lack of communication and priority of organization has left me sour.

the process of getting my repairs done was not good. they came out and looked then said they would talk to my insurance. I called to get status and was told oh ya I was going to look at that. After another week I called again and was told that my insurance was not going to pay enough for the repairs. I called my insurance company and was told they were given a much higher bid than I was. I contacted the estimator to find out why and never got an answer. I went with another company and my repairs were mad quickly

ATI Restoration Dallas was on it, did a good job, and everything they did worked out really well. We were not able to use ATI Restoration Dallas for the reconstruction, but they were in here quick for the mitigation. They covered everything and the company that came in for the restoration did not have to do much.

ATI did an amazing job of remediating my home from a lightning caused fire and subsequent water damage. Their teams did the work very efficiently and with a great deal of empathy. I cannot say enough good things about the company. Everyone I worked with was amazing.
