They were very fast and efficient.

The work they did was excellent.

they broke mirrows and acted like that was expected and probably did not have an expert on this and then they charged the insurance company extra to fix their mistake

We have been waiting for months to get a very simple repair completed. Some of the issue has been our availability but most of it has been the ATI team.

ATI project Manager, Spencer McDonald, explained what was going to happen during the restoration process. He communicated very well; visited to inspect the progress of the work; answered my questions completely, made sure the exact original flooring was used in the restoration project. I was happy to for the work done.
I still have to reach out to the adjuster for my damaged area rugs etc.

Property was damaged by the flooring crew the contracted out and now I’m being ghosted on something that would cost (dollar and time wise( them very little to make right. But they would rather just straight up ignore my calls, texts and emails than even pretend they care about making it right.

English bearer with the workers . Disrespect to our personal things in our home because they didn’t cover things like the should have. Walking on my carpe with their dirty shoes leaving stains that I had to clean up. I do have pictures. Didn’t follow directions majority of the time.

It was the WORST Experience I had dealing with ANY Company in my lifetime. I felt like I was experiencing a DISASTER TWICE!

I would recommend them for the work they did but not for how they followed directions. They told me one thing and did another. My insurance paid them, but there were some things that they broke they didn't pay for. They promised me they were going to fix it, but they didn't. The workers dirtied up my carpet and didn't put anything on their feet. They said someone would come clean my carpet, but they didn't. They broke a faucet and the pantry didn't replace or fix them. I have to replace them.

They were great. They were on time and did the job well. They provided strong communication. I would recommend them to anyone who needs something done.
