I do not feel that they were professional. They also did not communicate and acted that they did not know how to do the painting job. The project dragged out longer than it was supposed to.

I enjoyed working with a lot of the workers. They were efficient and thorough, and took care of my stuff when packing it and bring back in.

Almost a dozen screws were lost from a piece of furniture and the response was to lie about it.

Unbelievable experience during a very hectic time. They were so friendly and empathatic to the disruption we we're experiencing in our lives. They did a great job remediating the smoke damage and cleaning our home. They have great people and I could tell their company cutlture was strong and people focused. Highly recommend them. Very responsive to our needs.

It was a terrible experience working with Assurance Cleaning. They have the blessings of the insurance company so they don't feel responsible to the customer.

The workers at Assurance were very polite. Hector and his crew worked very well. My items were wrapped and packed in boxes and labeled accordingly. Never the less some items were still broken. The incident happened early in January and my Christmas decorations were still up. I wish I had been called when they started to pack them I would had come to be sure they were handled and packed properly. My entire front porch was decorated as a village with many houses, figures etc. (a scene was posted on facebook). My tree was put in a big black bag with the decorations still on it and many of the crystal ornaments were broken. All Christmas items are in disarray and I have disposed of the tree as it had so much broken glass it was too dangerous to use. Assurance moved almost everything out of the house and put it in storage. After the inspection, I was told it would take about 4 months to repair my home. I agreed to use Alacrity because I had faith in Allstate and at my age I did not need or want the hassle of trying to find an honest contractor. After 4 months nothing had been done on the house. I was in temporary housing and had to have my stay extended several times. On one of these requests I had forwarded to my claims reps I saw in the reply that they were having a problem with the permit and I asked if it was some thing I needed to be concerned about and was told no. The permit was issued on May 11, 2018. My stay was extended until the end of June. I and my son would go by from time to time to see what was happening. Very little progress was being made. Another request was made to extend my housing and it was extended to the end of July. Again a request was made to extend my stay, this time it was denied and I was to vacate by 9:00am August 1. On the last Thursday in July I went to see just what was happening because I had called Lee to ask when the gutters were going to be installed and he said he was told it was done. When I arrived at the house not only were the gutters not done, when I went into the house nothing was completed and the house looked like a garbage dump. I proceeded to take pictures and send them to Lee and he called me trying to calm me down asking if he could have until Friday of the next week to get things completed and my things moved back in. My question was where was I supposed to stay until then because more housing time had been denied. He then said he would get the beds in and the house cleaned by Monday July 31st. I had to move into a house with no hot water, no refrigerator, no stove. The tub and face bowl drains stopped up, I guess from the falling plaster and if I had not bought bed linens, sleep on bare mattresses. Much more occurred and I really could write a book about the mishaps and the errors from not following the inspector's report and recommendations. I will give credit to Derek Coleman who was finally put in charge and did an excellent job of bringing everything together. I have sent a list of missing and/or broken items to Lee at Assurance but have not as yet heard back from him.

Due to the way they did the process, because I am missing items, and their lack of follow up, I would not recommend them.

Assurance Cleaning and Restoration, LLC is very unprofessional. It seems to me that they don't take their work seriously. Some of their workers admitted to me that they steal things when they go into peoples homes. I would never recommend them to anybody.

I was very pleased with Assurance Cleaning and Restoration, I will hire them again. The work and clean up was exceptional. I have a small house and they had to move furniture everyday to work on the ceiling and did it very carefully. The work was great, to get a plasterer, and people to prep the area, and finish it was a task alone. And Lee did a super job he takes pride in his work, his company and respects his workers. He came out several times to check on the work, which I appreciated to see that he cared about the job. It makes a difference when the owner cares enough to follow up. I recommend Assurance Cleaning and Restoration and Lee very highly.Thank you for the new ceiling and great paint job.

Friendly service and very professional. I appreciated the fact that they explained everything from the first day through the entire process. From the first phone call that I made to the office through the whole thing, they were very professional. They were great.

Some things still have stains. We talked about the water damage and they were eager to prove that their software was going to all stains away. They did good work, but it was not as good as they talked up, because I still have stains.

They fulfilled my exceptions for recovery of my possessions due to my catastrophic event.

They didn't explained the process before beginning removing items from my garage. They was courteous. But they did not itemize all the items in my garage.

Assurance Cleaning and Restoration is the best. I was amazed at the wonderful work that Assurance Cleaning and Restoration did. They cleaned everything beautifully.

They stole from me; they broke my lamp and did not pay me for it. They said the insurance ran out. They brought boxes into my house that had mice in them. I am very unsatisfied.

They took my drapes and didn't give them back yet.

I would do a 5 if that was an option.
