I had a flood in my kitchen. They only pulled up half of my floor. I brought it up to them, and they told me that insurance only approved for them to do half of it. I talked to my insurance company about it, and they said that they approved for the whole floor to be torn up. I had to have a second contractor come out to pull up the rest of the floor.
i might not recommend because i had to tell them to put masks on they weren't courteous enough to wear them without me saying something even though my family were all wearing masks. also they promised to haul away the old damaged vanity and instead they threw it in the middle of my garage so that i couldn't put the car in there. not happy. and then they were supposed to get back to us about repairing everything and they never did. we had to go find someone else.
I would not recommend them to anyone for the way they treated me. They basically threatened me to sign their contract. Saying that if I did not sign they would stop now and submit the bill to me instead of the insurance company. I spoke with the owner and the supervisors, and they are con artist. They should lose their license.
they were very help full and courtis thank you
The beginning process of cleanup was spot on. It went in a hand basket when it came to the gentleman from ARS not explaining the complete process of restoration of products which needed to be replaced to the billing process and payments. We also had problems with the gentleman from ARS not keeping appointments which he set or calling to apologize, but just showing up at our home whenever he wanted to. The process also started out congenial to becoming sour near the end. Not a fan of this company.
They were great.
