The installers of the roof did not speak English. It is difficult to get in touch with supervisors. We had a difficult time trying to communicate while the roof was being installed.

ARAC was extremely disappointing, frustrating and unprofessional to deal with. My house had a tree fall on it in Aug and it took until the end of Oct to have the final work done. Weeks of no follow up, no shows, and unfinished work on my roof were mostly met with automated emails of my invoice. The man who was directly in charge of my home ignored messages and emails, his supervisor never responded to me at all. I had to reach out to the upper management team, who also failed to get work finished and lacked clear communication. I'm thankful its over and will never recommend any one to use this company.

First, the Owens Corning materials are top notch and their guarantee is outstanding. The ARAC rep, who was an outstanding guy, was completely let down by ARAC's subcontractor and the short-staffed crew was beyond delinquent in keeping a safe, organized job site with an utter lack of regard for our property and landscaping. At the end of the day, the quality seemed very good but the process left a very bad taste.

I am very satisfied with the timeliness, quality of the work, and communication. They addressed any issues that arose.
