It was an easy procedure for us, even given the rainy weather we were faced with for the entire week. Once Scot got everyone started, I felt comfortable backing off. The crew works very hard and is knowledgeable.

When we had damage to our roof from a storm they were there the next day to temporarily fix it until it could be replaced.
They assisted with the insurance claim and later installed a new roof. I’m very satisfied with the job they did and the service they provided

We called our builder, Dave Smith, Smitty Built Construction, and he along with 2 other individuals recommended AR Roofing.

Quality communication and workmanship.

They were excellent from start to finish. They were dealing with the insurance company and were collecting additional information when the insurance company denied my claim. They were persevering to getting my roof put on. They were above and beyond what I thought. They gave updates with photos and drones. I was able to see everything. There was minor discoloration on the shingles and it was taken care of a few days later.

From the very first meeting with AR Remodeling, I knew I was in good hands. Even before meeting anyone in person, their estimator impressed me by being on my roof, sharing a timeline camera link that included blueprints and detailed photos of every part of the roof. Unlike other estimators who might just take a quick look, he thoroughly inspected both my house and garage for a full 45 minutes.

He didn't just highlight the issues; he explained what each facing part indicated about potential problems underneath. His estimate was clear and thorough, and he took the refreshing approach of quoting a worst-case scenario cost with the assurance that if things were better than expected, the final invoice could be less. It’s rare to find such honesty and transparency in this industry.

The dedication of AR Remodeling's team was evident even during the estimation stage on a particularly hot day. The estimator mentioned that he paid his crew bonuses for working in such conditions, which spoke volumes about how they value their workers. In a casual conversation, I learned he was a veteran, and that, along with his local roots, fairness, and straightforwardness, made me feel confident in supporting his business. I hired AR Remodeling on the spot.

Within two weeks, the crew started work on the following Monday. They arrived bright and early at 6am, meticulously tarping everything and unloading their tools and supplies. They were like busy bees, working tirelessly until 7:30pm that day. By the next afternoon, they had completed the job and cleaned up so well that it was hard to tell they had been there.

The walk-through was seamless, and the quality of their work was absolutely gorgeous.
