I would certainly encourage anyone that I know or speak to about home improvement projects, to give Approved Contractors a call. They were very easy to work with and kept me updated along the way. My particular job was out of the ordinary and Approved Contractors were the only ones that I could find that would help me. We were needing to match an older style of aluminum siding and all the other companies that I called were either not interested because it wasn’t a complete reside, didn’t work with residential aluminum lap style siding, or just plain didn’t return my calls. Approved Contractors needed to custom order the siding so it was gonna be tricky from the start. I had already sought out buying the siding myself with 0 results.

Jared and his team were terrific. We had a deadline imposed by our insurance company, and they made sure they met it with time to spare. The quality of the work was excellent. They were able to accommodate several change orders from the original contract. I highly recommend them. They are what you hope for when you need work done on your home.

I recommend them to anyone. Their team does a great job, shows up on time, works really hard, and does excellent and quality work. They clean up after themselves each day, which is awesome. They took the stucco off our house, and they made sure they kept it clean.

Overall, based on our experience, this is an excellent company/contractor to work with. We are very satisfied with the whole project experience, the work was completed on schedule, questions were addressed immediately, and follow through especially by the CEO/President of the company exceeded our expectations!

They seem to have their siding installation down, but that’s about it. It was a struggle with all other elements we hired them for such as trim, gables, and exterior painting. They also caused damage to our property that’s not fixable.

This was a great company to work with the only issues were delays in product, which wasn't their issue. As a General Contractor I wish all of our subcontractors were on top of their game as Approved Contractor was.

In the end, the work performed was acceptable, but getting there required a lot more supervision and quality control work on my part than I would have preferred. For our project, we chose to have a stucco over-coat applied to our original stucco instead of painting it, partly to ensure a texture match but also because bare stucco would not have to be re-painted in a few years. The stucco over-coat developed a mild blotchy pattern after the painting. Approved Contractor consulted the stucco manufacturer who advised the discoloration was probably due to the stucco getting wet again before it was completely cured. They acknowledged that it was probably caused by their paint crew power-washing the eaves too soon after the stucco was applied. Their recommendation was to paint over the stucco to achieve a uniform color. We declined because we think that even with the discoloration the stucco will age better than paint (the reason we paid extra for the stucco overcoat in the first place). I feel bad for them, since there doesn't seem to be any other practical remedy that would work for us. But I hope they have learned how to avoid this problem in future projects.

The final project was excellent. I was able to communicate concerns and resolve them very quickly. When issues arose, all the parties seemed committed to finding an acceptable solution.

Work done non-stop. Started on a Monday and completed job on Saturdar, with one day for city inspection. I have reccommended Approved Contractors to a couple neighborsk one of them is placing an order soon.

Jared Green and Approved Contractors did an excellent job installing the James Hardie Siding of my choice using Hardie products during each phase of the installation process. I was impressed with the work ethic of the crew and their care and courtesy day-to-day. As with any job, there were issues that came up during the 15 day installation period. The Approved Contractor office and field staff worked with me to resolve those issues. I would work with Jared Green and Approved Contractors again.

My wife and I are pleased to recommend Approved Contractors. We decided to take on a major project for our house. We started by looking at recommendations on Yelp and some other sites. We kept reading about Approved Contractors. We decided to give them a call.Mike Waters contacted me and set up a time to meet. We immediately felt comfortable working with Mike. He was punctual, was a straight shooter, and backed up everything he promised. We had a general idea of how much the project would cost and Mike was in our target range.We had new construction windows installed, Hardie cement siding, new stucco, and a texture coat finish. We love the windows and the guys that installed them were first class all the way. It’s amazing what new windows can do for a home!Most of our time, though, was dealing with Jesus and his crew. From demo to final clean up, he and his crew were on top of things. We were especially impressed with Jesus’ eye for detail. He went above and beyond a number of times.I’m not sure if Approved Contractors is the cheapest company but I can certainly say they are worth every penny! We are very happy with their work and highly recommend them.

Approved Contractor offered a very reasonable price for the project. However, Approved Contractor recommended to use subcontractors who are a complete disaster. They requested the price that was about 10 times more than we finally paid to another contractor who did a very good job.So, you have to be careful and have a plan "B" when you are planning to start the project.

My 2 concerns were related to, I had to push for permits for siding and window replacement'. If i wasn't present they would have put unsupported headers above my new windows. Once resolved the siding and windows look very good. The workers were very efficient. I would have approved contractors do work for me in the future.

We were debating between Approved Contractor and 2 other companies with similar pricing quotes and reviews. We decided to go with Approved Contractor after Jared stated that his uncle and aunt work for the same organization as me. However, the review is based on the quality of the windows and the install rather than the personal connection. The windows look amazing and have already made a huge difference in our AC efficiency and bill. Yet, probably even more impressive is how the install was so clean and undisturbed. I thought there would be some stucco to repair or some residual construction debris to remove. But the installers did a top-notch job and we couldn't be happier with our decision to hire Approved Contractor.

This company is very dishonest and as a result of their actions I my not be able to keep my house. I paid 11,333.00 for something I should have paid 5000.00 for and did not get what I paid for. I contacted for 1700 sq ft of Corning Shingles and I received ugly brown rolled roofing on the back side of my house without any communication. I only contacted them BECAUSE of Angieslist and Jared Green the owner, and his representative Justin lied to myself and Angieslist. Horrible company did messy work and foreman verbally attacked me. I am stuck and they are getting away with it because they are dishonest and no one will help me. They recommended the Hero program. Everything is a complete nightmare and I may lpse my home now.

Last year they did a painting job for us that was great, that is why we used them again. The roofing job was painful. We would probably use them again for painting but not roofing.

Justin was very knowledgeable and responsive to my requests for information, and always responded quickly to my questions. All three sub-contractors used (roof, windows and stucco sealant / house painting, including unanticipated complete rebuild of patio cover) were professional and helpful. The work was scheduled quickly. and completed on time. I love the finished product, as do my neighbors!
