Tim with Apple Roofing is so organized and helpful

The roofing crew was great but the siding crew was horrible.

My neighbor saw it, and they liked it, and they just got the bid. We will find out in a couple of weeks. She is a real estate agent, which could be really good for them.

This is in relation to the first time I used them a few years ago to replace my entire roof. They did not give me notice that I should remove breakables from an upstairs shelf in my game room. When I arrived home, 8 vintage collector's glasses had fallen off and shattered from the shelf due to the roof installation. I asked for the crew to replace the glasses and they refused.
Also -I expressed concern that some of the shingles have not laid flat and had a buldge and I was told that they would go flat when temps got warmer. That has been over a year ago.

The roofers destroyed our gutter guards when removing the roof. We discussed this multiple times with our Apple consultant. We were assured it would be taken care of. We were contacted again after winter weather to say Apple was sending a handyman to put the guards back on and we would be responsible for paying for it. We again shared that they had been destroyed in the removal process and there was nothing to put back on. The consultant assured us many times it would be taken care of but we failed to get those statements in writing. Our fault for not making sure. Apple’s fault for not writing it up or giving any discount for the destruction of our property. Very disappointing!

The roofing job itself was good. It will cost us $3500.00 for this issue.

I have always dealt with Fred Williams. He's always worked with me and the insurance company to get things approved and moving along. I would highly recommend him.

Fred came as soon as I called and his guys were here the next day. It wasn’t a large job but he took care as if it was.

We had a few leaks after the roof was installed. I called and had pictures. I still have not heard when they are returning to fix the stains in my ceilings. The did return to look at the roof on the outside and put in a few extra nails.

I thought that they did a great job. I really appreciated the help getting the subcontractors in line with the chimney sweep, gutters, and dealing with the insurance. Tim Wilkerson was extremely diligent in working with the insurance company.

Paul Krielich was extremely helpful every step of the way.

The crew was really good, as was the salesman. Everyone I dealt with was good. They got the job done, and I have no leaks that I know about. The salesman picked out the color of the roof, and everyone says its perfect. He was very good. He came back and checked on them, and he was working on a house nearby.

First experience with Mr. Larry Gaither. He was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Quality workmanship from start to finish. Arrived as planned, completed work in one day, and cleaned the area like they were never here.

Ernie McCush was very good to work with as he explained and answered every question. Apple/Ernie was flexible when we decided to re-instate something that we were originally were not going to do. The garage door company Apple uses was the best.

Fred was incredible to work with and helpful through the entire process, was professional and went the extra mile.

Initially the process was very smooth and quick and we are mostly satisfied with the overall work. However, it took 2.5 months to complete the rework that was needed due to damage caused during the tear off. Communication during that time was very poor and felt as if we were just being kicked down the road until we gave up.

Our adjuster was amazing. Made the whole process so easy. Scheduled all the different people necessary to get the job finished in a timely manner.

The roofers did an excellent job on the roof but did not care at all about our plants,bushes or water faucet around the house. The faucet got broken off and small tree and all 3 bushes was destroyed. Our salesman Ernie made sure it was fixed and replaced at Apple expense and I was happy at the end. Other than that it went smooth.

your sales person refused to give us a quote, and just kept saying you guys would do it for amount of insurance. then when final bill came you guys said we owed more. ended up cost us 1800 plus gutter money.
