They had a late response, and it is hard to contact Anderson Restoration.
In the end, they did a nice job. The process left a lot to be desired. There were things like using the wrong paint and having to repaint. There was finger-pointing. I heard that one of the contractors didn't get paid. In the end, the product was very good. The process and communication left a lot to be desired.
Anderson Restoration had fantastic customer service, and took care of my family.
I really felt that everyone was very kind and professional. Any questions I asked any of them, they answered to the best of their ability. I like the fact that they respected me and my property.

Anderson Restoration was very professional, did a great job and were very responsive. They had someone come out and check the work after they were done. There was a problem with one gutter and they fixed right away. Great service. Awesome company.
Out of contractors I've had in the past and I have dealt with, these have to be the most professional. They have topped it all off the communication was great the timeline was great. Absolutely wonderful people to deal with. I wouldn't deal with anyone else.
I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism of the entire team top to bottom. They were all people that we didn't mind having in our home and in fact missed having them around when we were done. They provided quality work and did it in an efficient manner.

If it were my choice, I would not have gone with Anderson Restoration. Myleen was in charge of my pack out and in. She was amazing. I would give the highest-ranking to her. Her manager, Mike, was in charge of everything else and he is beyond noncommunicative. I feel Myleen should be in charge. She is so understanding. She would text and call after hours. It would take 3-4 days for me to hear back from Mike.
I think that they did a great job. They were very thorough and accurate.
I was quite satisfied with Anderson Restoration. We didn't have any problems. They came and did the work, and then it was resolved.
The time it took was a little longer than I anticipated but the crews were great. They answered questions and took care of things, which I appreciated. They didn't color match the floors exactly, so I have two floors that don't really match exactly the same.

I appreciate everything that Anderson Restoration employees Derrick, DA, and Martin has done for me in getting my home back to normal. Everything was explained to me and I was always kept informed about delays or changes needed on my project. Derrick and DA are the best and they did their job well and professionally . They always responded when I called or texted them about questions. They answered all my questions professionally and with care. I really love these guys and I would recommend them to others. They came in and corrected what another company messed up. In other words, they took care of business without hesitation
