Job was done with the least explanation of why and how things are going to be done and by whom... Anderson Group had called on three different contractors visiting my home in regards to a rain water damage and none were selected by me. I just accepted and trust their choice of contractors and when one of those contractors caused damage to my front mahogany double-doors and the antique chandelier, AG did not work with me to hold them responsible for this negligence, although Mike (from AG) had promised to make the contractor , Alacrity, to work with me on this case. Therefore, I ended up following this case for months after AG had left my house; and all by myself. AG must be cautious as who works alongside them at their clients' houses otherwise poor workmanship will have a bad reflection on AG as well.
