I am very pleased with ATI. I had a neighbor walk by and say “you would never know anything happened here”. The staff was always friendly and helpful.
It took a lot longer than it should have. There were a lot of fires in California at that time so it was tough for them.
Generally, things just took way longer than any of them projected. There were lots of reasons for that. Some of the reasons were within their control and some were not.
American technologies was extremely unprofessional. The workmanship was very poor. Many of the employees lacked customer service skills. There was also a lack of communication from the project director. In addition, the timeline was frequently changed and extended. The project director was unorganized and unprepared throughout the whole job. The project director had to cancel scheduled days due to big oversights he made. This caused an inconvenience to my personal work schedule as I had already taken the day off just to be told the day of that he had made a mistake and would have to reschedule.
This company is extremely professional at every level I dealt with. They were able to work with a schedule that I needed. Every worker was extremely timely and clean. The cleanliness of their workers was outstanding. Having been a contractor before and now an inspector, I would recommend American Technologies of Sacramento very highly.
Peter Jones, our project manager, kept us informed throughout every step of the project.
Everyone involved, from the demo crew, packers, and installers were very cordial, professional and punctual.Dave was especially understanding and made the whole process very easy. ---And ahead of schedule.
