It was nice to have white glove treatment and having them do everything for me and hiring different contractors. They decided I needed a POD in my driveway, and I probably wouldn't have done that myself. I have a friend, and she has another insurance company, and they are making her do everything, including hiring contractors, and submitting claims. I didn't have to do any of that with ATI. I only had to pay my deductible.

Gerigos Leader and crew were wonder .! Very professional Jeromy project manager and patient Gerigos gave details as restoration was going on . . Everyday inspected until completed Jeremy was confident overseeing plans confirming I was in good hands. All were so impressive impressive what a team !! Wow Tvank you Linda. C

job was completed on time and they were all very professional

The project management was nearly non-existant and I felt there was nearly $5,000 of costs I was charged for that I shouldn't have been. The gave me a credit but it didn't equal the amount I was charged for. They charged for doors that didn't exist, shelves that weren't done, etc. I feel that they are a dishonest company and I can't recommend them.
