They have a very well-coordinated system of planning, executing, and completing a Project — leaving the customer with less stress and little to no anxiety in the process. Of special note, I must say punctuality struck me at the outset — all appointments for final measurements before a project starts were so punctual! No, I would not recommend American Home Renewal to anyone.
The staff was very professional and courteous up until the job was finished and paid for.
Two weeks after completion I had a question about the windows having wind noise when they were closed.
I was told to deal with Milgard warranty department , I could understand if I had a problem 2 years later but this was 2 weeks later.
They don't stand by there work .

We had windows replaced and siding installed. Both projects were completed beyond our expectations and satisfaction. The salesman was pleasant, not pushy, and offered ways that we could save money. The hand-off from the salesman to the project manager was seamless, and they kept us apprised of any changes due to local building codes, material availability, etc and kept touch with regular, but not over the top, emails. When we had questions they quickly returned out voicemails. We did have a glitch when the siding was installed due to miscommunication with the crew, but the project manager did more than we expected to rectify it, and the final job was perfect in the end and completed within the expected time range.

A neighbor recommended AHR to me. I have been pleased with the communication, followup and contact with people involved. The job was done in a timely manner. I was very pleased with all parts of the process and the finished product.

The sales associate, Kevin, I worked with was very patient with all my questions. He also expressed recommendations so I can stay within budget. He’s very knowledgeable about the products and the whole process, which I truly appreciate. The overall job was very thorough. The windows/doors and siding workers all work under American Renewal and are not an outside vendor which I really liked. This to me ensured accountability and when an issue came up, it was quickly resolved. My home turned out beautifully and brings me peace and joy when I come home from a hectic work day. I’ve also noticed some of my neighbors updating their home fronts to make it look more current or modern and less 1970’s. Thank you again American Renewal for such an amazing job!!

Biggest problem was with the window supplier, not so much AHR.

It took months (almost 10) between initial meeting and actual install. I'm aware that supply chain has hit the industry hard, but there was no frequent communication from AHR on updates, when I reached out few months later, I was informed that we had a different project manager.

We were lucky to see this product on a neighbor's house and hear about their experience with American Home Renewal before we had work done. They provide the type of customer service long ago lost by many services. They well deserve the excellent reviews from former customers!

i was happy with the siding project. but then i had a project to replace a window already lined up but it was cancelled by the company. and now i need to start from scratch which takes a lot of time...

The end result was OK. Team was professional and the end result was satisfactory, but some of the windows are too small for the openings. Also during the sales visit it was promised to me that you would add flashing to windows. Once I complained to the foreman (I complained before the trims were added back) the company added a drip edge flashing (just on top of the trim) instead of a proper window flashing that also goes inside the wall.

On time, updates at the end of everyday and was able to stay on schedule.
