The explanation of work, finances, schedule was great. We did have an issue with our custom gutter covers from a misstep on the cover subcontractor requirements. Day of roofing installation I had to intervene with installers as there was confusion. But A.E. Immediately worked through it. Everything afterwards went very smoothly. They handled the insurance documents, etc. no damage to property and I feel like any issues in the future will be taken care of.

American Eagle Home Improvement was always available to answer my questions and I appreciated that fact. They showed up on the day they said they would and came back to finish my project in a timely manner.

Great communication throughout the project. Many compliments by the neighbors too. You can tell the company has a lot of experience doing roofing projects. I would recommend the company to others without a doubt !

They really put in a lot of extra effort. The first time, they had somebody come out and inspect it. They got somebody lined up to come from the insurance company to inspect again, and I was able to get the roof completed. They went far and above. The salesperson Brady got in touched with me. Brady was wonderful. They are great.

We just wrapped up repairs from storm damage at our home in Minnetonka with American Eagle Home Improvement. They worked closely with us and managed things with our insurance company to help make sure we got the repairs done right on our roof, cedar beams, siding (repairs and painting), gutters, service and garage doors. Everyone at American Eagle was a pure joy to work with each step of the way. We never experienced any pressure, they were patient and explained construction processes and materials, and they were always professional. I give them 5 X 5 Stars and would definitely work with them again.

handled everything professionally from day one. They were honest and truthful, gave me clear information, and were open about what they were requesting from my insurance company. The crews did really good work, were fast, asked me if I had any special requests or questions, and cleaned up after the job was done. There were some delays due to a shortage of the shingles I wanted, but American Eagle was open with me and kept me in the loop about when shipments were coming in and when the crew would be at my house. The house looks great now, they even color matched the gutters to perfectly match my windows. Talon also worked with my insurance company to get me a discount on my home insurance premiums after installing storm shingles on my home. All I had to pay was my insurance deductible, everything else was covered. I'm very glad I went with American Eagle.

I thought they went above and beyond. They helped me with a smaller roof that wasn't part of my insurance claim.

For the most part, they did good. The follow up on clean up would have been nice. Or even just a follow up to ask if everything was okay. They did a pretty good job, otherwise.

I would recommend the organization with the caveat for them to be very careful early in the process with any contractor.

Terrific job

I have used American Eagle Home Improvement for a roof, siding and soffit. They did a wonderful job for a fair price. They were knowledgeable, easy to get a hold of and completed the job on time.

They exceeded my expectations. Several of my neighbors wished they had used American Eagle Home Improvement.

Communication was very poor. I had to ask them when they were going to start the project then I received an date to repair the roof. Then I had asked them to let me know when they were going to install the gutter's because they told me they would help install leaf-less gutters on the back of the house. They never called. I went home one day to find the installing the gutters. I was never informed that it was done until they asked if I had received the final Insurance check. I don't think it's much to ask for some communication. During the process the roofers left candy wrapper and empty soda can's on my front lawn and trash from the roof. I don't even think anyone actually has quality checked their work either. My furnace in the Garage pipe was disconnected. I had to install is myself.

The salesman was very professional knowledabel and friendly.
