As a customer of AM Roofing, I, unfortunately, do not recommend them to other individuals due to communication, accountability, and overall client satisfaction. While the end result was fine, and we really appreciated the installation crew, the process leading up to installation was a long headache filled with many avoidable complications.
We were very happy with the results of the re-roofing of our recently purchased house by AM Roofing. The AM team showed up each day when expected and did a great job of protecting our property during the work. As well, they cleaned up completely at the end of each and especially at the end of the job. The entire team was very professional and courteous and did a great job.
The insulation guys nailed it, and they did a dynamite job. I would definitely hire them again. The roofing guys, the actual roofers, did an amazing job. Too bad that there was a lack of communication from our sales to actually what was put on our roof. I got a brand-new roof, eave spouts, soffit and fascia. They left the old the drip ends up there which was galvanized, and it stuck out. I was told at one point it was not their problem. Then they decided to fix it because it was their issue. We were told everything was to be changed, and they ripped up the shingles, and it stood out like a sore thump. The soffit and fascia people I will not hire again. The eaves were crooked, and we put a level up there, and he didn't know how to use it. I would never use them again. He talked down to me like I was stupid. There was a lack of communication. They were insane, and I am very sad. I would never recommend them, and they should fire them and never used them again. It was the worse customer service ever. The roofers were kind, and when I said stop because there is an issue, they did. They didn't know we were having soffit and fascia put on, they just thought it was the roof. There were three Jamaican gentlemen. They were dynamite, and they had manners. There was a Russian guy too. He came back and did what was to be done with the flashing, and he did a dynamite job. Jason and Adam did a great job. Adam was the gentleman who was down on his belly on the tightest spaces and the crappiest job ever, and he nailed it. I was super happy with both of them. They cleaned it out, vacuumed, and talked to me through it. They are champs. AM Roofing could learn a lot if they talked to those two guys and the Russian guy, he was specialist. If they could guaranty those three guys, I would use them. If other use AM Roofing, I would ask for those same three guys.
I would just say that the start of the project was really great. We felt that they cared about the project and they communicated. When it came to the roof being done, there was miscommunication. I had to reach out to the project manager, who assured me that they care about the job. There were some things that I wasn't satisfied about. Overall, it was a good experience, but the communication between sales, reception, and project management seems to be disconnected to some degree. It was up to me to followup and ask certain questions. The end of the project is great. We love the roof. The schedule was all over the place. They should have better communication between sales, receptions, and project management. They should follow through.

They were excellent and professional. They were very knowledgeable and informed me of all the work. They exceeded my expectations. They are a fantastic company.
The two guys that put the roof on were excellent. They did what was agreed to be done. They did it efficiently and cleaned up really nicely. I don't have any complaints.
For the amount of money that we spent, I wish I would've known what I was looking for and the problems that we had.
Great product and great workers, but mediocre communication.
AM Roofing was courteous, professional, listened to my concerns, and not only did a thorough installation but the inspector did a thorough job. I was impressed with the whole team, from meeting with Graham for the estimate, to working with the installation crew, to working with the final inspector. I was happy with the whole team.
We were very satisfied with the work done. The crew was professional, very hard working, and did a great job keeping the yard and property safe and clean.
Work was done on schedule. Good communication from the office and follow up inspection after completion.
I am very impressed with how well they cleaned up after the job!
Stay away from AM Roofing.
I was very impressed with their thoroughness with their work from start to finish.
We had to replace a roof on a house we bought while our house was still under warranty. We were very happy with them working with us giving the circumstances. They did a good job cleaning up even with the snow on the ground. They said they would come back in the spring to check if anything else needed to be cleaned. We have heard from them since the install. They are a reputable company in our area.
AM Roofing is prompt, clean, and very helpful.
The AM Roofing staff is excellent to work with! When repairs were needed, they always showed up and were professional! They are good to deal with!

Terrible company and terrible service. 1) The sales person assured us that an area manager would set a meeting and go over all the details with us in person - THIS DID NOT HAPPEN, I called and they told me they never do this.2) I was assured that my job would not be outsourced - IT WAS3) The crew left garbage around the house, coffee cups in the hedge, bags of shingle on my driveway - 4) I went with the finance option and the sales person from AM took the wrong information from me regarding the account that the money would come out of, when it took a couple days to figure this out with the loan company, AM PUT A LIEN ON MY HOUSE. Unbelievable.To summarize I went with AM even though they were 15-20% more expensive because I believed I would get a superior product and service. THIS WAS NOT THE CASE.
Very happy with AM roofing. Great price, quick, efficient and a great job.
It gave me a piece of mind that I won't have to worry about another roof issue for years and years to come.
Dealing with them in 2018 was not good at all.The regional manager got involved and corrected the situation for timing our roof. In 2019 the lead contact was excellent and we were pleased with the work. It is somewhat expensive BUT you get what you pay for. The quality of the work and the timeliness in 2019 were superb. It is important having the warranty which I do believe AM will stand behind all the way.
The roofer himself, Peter, was excellent.
Basically, I am very satisfied with the job and the way they did it. Hopefully with Owens Corning the job stands up to what I've heard about it.

There is one issue on the front of my home where the two peaks meet. One of them is sticking up a little bit but overall it was a great experience.
