All of the people from Alvarez were very pleasant and respectful. I’d definitely recommend them.

At first, Alvarez Restoration was Johnny-on-the-Spot. They stopped the flood at my rental and proceeded to dry the walls and floors. Then they had to go to other emergencies. My flood started the middle of September. The job is still not complete and it wasn't a huge job. I was not kept in the loop and had to call, text, email constantly. However, the job they did is good. There are still items that need to be completed.
They really did great work.
Every one of the men who were here over the course of a month were wonderful. They were kind, helpful and answered all of my questions. I couldn't have asked for a better group of professionals. They even liked my cat. Thank you so much!
