We found all the personnel and workers friendly, professional and good at what they do.

They were professional and on time. The work was done well. They cleaned up after themselves. There was no extra charge.

They always do an excellent job and they stand by their work!

Job Wasn't complete when told, 4 weeks without kitchen, was told 12 days.

We went with Alure because they stressed the timeliness of completing the project. We were told a bath project is five days- possibly six. Our project took almost three weeks to complete- with a single laborer often working 12 hours a day at our home. More than once we had to cancel dinner plans and/or evening plans so that the job could continue. Had we not done that- I’m certain the job would have taken several more days. Considering that we paid a significant premium to do this job- that’s the biggest reason we weren’t completely satisfied.

Would have liked a follow up call from sales representative upon completion of the job to make sure all went well from my point of view.

We have been satisfied clients of Alure for decades and have used Alure for many home improvement projects and recommended them to family and friends. However, this last experience was a major disappointment both with respect to the materials installed, expertise and supervision of the project resulting in a suboptimal product. Finally there was no meaningful adjustment made to acknowledge what even Alure has described as ‘We have never seen this problem before’.

I had 2 concerns after the job was completed I never met the project manager did speak to him by phone regarding my concerns. I sent him the requested photos that was over a week ago and I have not heard back from him.
I also requested several times for an itemized invoice of my very expensive job. My salesman was unable to
produce the invoice after several
empty promises to produce an invoice. I finally had a conversation with a manager who explained why Alure does not share invoices Still a complicated reason for me to completely understand Alure’s reasoning. Because of my experiences I will not recommend Alure to family or friends. The group who completed my project were the best part of my experience with Alure. They were hardworking professional neat and completed my job in one day.

I would 100% recommend Alure to family and friends. The process from start to finish was such a great experience. Remodeling can be nerve wracking but I can honestly say this went so smoothly.
