It was a wonderful experience.

Joe, Dan, and everyone involved was phenomenal. I am disabled, and they took into account that I needed more lighting and safety in my house. They went above and beyond to accommodate me in rebuilding my house.

Joe and his team were very responsive all day and night whenever I reached out. Their work was done in a timely and quick manner, and it was done very well. They never cut corners. We were very pleased, and we are telling our family and friends about them.

It was really nice working with the project manager, Shane. Our project wasn't completed in the best timeline, however, Shane was very responsive and helped us find options that worked for us. The office admins were always available when we need them.

I would recommend them to a friend. I do not think the problem with the floor is their doing, but probably with the manufacturer and the product itself. It was not finished properly in the factory. All the surfaces of the wood floor are scratched. I don't wear shoes. I have a dog, but the dog doesn't run in the house. The lines are a foot long or so, and there are a ton of surface scratches. I had a wooden floor that was older and it didn't look like this does. They did leave three nails sticking out in the bathroom, and they are close to an inch long. Nobody came back to touch up things.

Kept me in the loop the whole time. Work Monday through Friday 10-7 but helped work around me and were very prompt. Basement flood damage and it looks bette than before.
