All Around worked diligently to get everything approved through our insurance company. It did take a few months but it has been worth it in the end.

Brandon did a great job explaining the process and answering all questions, including anticipating for added costs and factoring them in up front and not as a surprise along the way. The crew worked well in spite of delays outside their control due to weather and issues removing the old roof (extra layers no one could foresee). Emily was helpful after the fact with making sure our homeowners insurance company had all information they needed to get us a policy discount.

They were good, except the scheduling manager quit, and I got lost in the shuffle. I called back three weeks later, and my project was forgotten until then. I paid the first half, but they did not schedule it. The guy quit or got fired, and the project never got scheduled. Once I called about it, they scheduled it quickly.

Overall we have been highly satisfied while working with All Around. Our sales person, Brandon, has been polite, professional and very knowledgable as he has walked us through this entire process. All other employees have been the same. Great team!

The team that worked on the roofing job was wonderful. They were hardworking, efficient and respectful of me. There was no loud music, loud voices or other noisy behavior. They never took a break and worked diligently from 7 a.m.until the afternoon. The clean up job they did went beyond satisfactory. They were so thorough that the yard and porch were cleaner than when they came. I couldn’t have asked for more.
I am also impressed that North Star Cleanup Service came after the completion to check for any missed nails or materials. That agent found one ribbon on the ground, which shows what an incredible team did the work. I also appreciate that All Around set up the city inspection for me.
All Around has my vote as one of the best companies I have ever worked with, and I would recommend them to any and every one.

Fantastic team, from Emily who kept me informed at each step of the process, to the delivery of materials and dumpster ensuring that they would not block access to my house and garage, to the work team that stripped and shingled 3 different roofs and cleaned up the work site in 10 hours. They also removed the dumpster and scanned to work site for any remaining screws/nails the following day. I was completely satisfied.

They did excellent work and communicated well. I will definitely use them again if a need arises.

It was a great experience from start to finish.

Very easy to work with. They managed everything from Insurance to scheduling to clean up. Even took point with our solar company on removal and re-install. Very friendly staff, responsive and great group to do business with.

It took a long time to get the work completed which was a bit frustrating.
Some nails, debris and chunks of shingles came out of downspouts after rain, following job completion. Not sure if they washed down from the roof or were left in the gutters.

I did refer 2-3 other neighbors prior to having my work done, my wrap and caulking didn't go as planned. It took 4 scheduled visits to get it corrected to the best of their abilities but still not impressed. Roof and screens went smoothly. I feel there is no training on how to professional caulk and wrap, they very much should be doing training so not to disappoint their customers and let their sales team down. The wrap division definitely needs an overhaul and training. Owner was fantastic to work with and very professional. I also had a great rep, Jason. That is why I'm giving 4 star but only for roofing.

We appreciate the consistent communication and support from all of the All Around team members. We especially appreciate the quality job Danny M, Project Consultant did for us. He consistently went above and beyond to be available to answer questions and keep us informed.

We had a complicated roof replacement that involved replacing several sheets of decking. All Around was recommended to us by our home inspector, who hired them for his own roof. From beginning to end, the All Around team was a dream to work with! Brian Kallhof, our project consultant, was personable, professional and responsive. He kept us updated every step of the way. The crew did an amazing job -- they were thorough, efficient and left the yard spotless. We are thrilled with our new roof, and we can't recommend All Around enough!

I would 100% recommend working with All Around. They worked with us to get a new roof, downspouts, and gutter covers put on after a storm damaged them. Great knowledge and quality.

I have a gap in my facia contacted Eric about it at least twice and no one has been out to fix.

All staff was very professional and were able to assist at all points of the whole roof replacement process.
