I was very well pleased with my renovation project by All American Renovations!

They did a good job.

We had a pipe break that flooded the entire house. Adam came out to survey the damage. We received the contract and it was excepted by our insurance company. We were told, a project manager would be here whenever a crew was here working. All American started with the drywall, after it was done, the painters showed up. We were back and forth to the house just to see the progress. We noticed that the workers had ben using the refrigerator, microwave, and helping themselves to our bottled water. They also turned the AC on but had the doors opened. A few times we came the next day after the workers left and saw most of lights on in the house and the AC unit running. We were also called on a Saturday by Thomas who told us, we needed to buy a kitchen sink and faucet and two bathroom sinks and faucets. We did so that day because the guys were coming on Monday to cut the countertops for all the sinks. The floor guy also came out to put down new flooring. One day we happened to be looking over the contract and noticed that we were being charged for the bathroom sinks from the beginning.(we were being charged twice) It was corrected after we brought it to their attention. We were also charged for the removal/reset of the water heater that was never removed. There were some things that were pointed out to Adam that needed to be done like caulking around the door frames and small things like that, and he said that we were "Trying to nickel and dime" him. A dumpster was also brought out for the debris from inside the house. There was something that someone placed in there that leaked onto our driveway that left a huge rust spot on the pavement. Once the dumpster was removed, Jay sent two different companies out to try to remove the spot but it didn't work. The work that was done on the house was pretty good, but the workers All American uses need supervision

Quality work, quality care, and quality craftsmanship. Quality all the way. There's no cutting corners, they do it right, and they go the extra mile to make it right.

They did an excellent job. They were very dependable, arriving as scheduled and on time.

I met with Adam regarding finishing a room in my basement. He took measurements and pictures of the space and came back with drawing and price for the project. I'm beyond pleased with the finished job and quality of the work. I will gladly recommend them to family and friends.

When Thomas came out to give us the initial quote, he stood there and took time to understand what we wanted and what would be best suitable for us. He never pushed a sales pitch. It was more along the lines of what would be the best solution. I admire that. They worked with the customer versus selling the product.

Excellent craftsmanship for fair cost. They built an amazing gourmet kitchen for us and worked very flexible around our timing constraints. Very professional and customer oriented.

It was a great experience. All of this was knew for me, but they made me feel very comfortable. I am the type of person that ask a lot of questions. Everyone was patient with me and explained every little step that I didn't understand. They were not rushing me or anything. It was a great experience for me.

I was left with one torn up window sill which was never fixed and over half of the screws are missing from the shutters. No one contacted me to fix these items. It took twice as long to finish then was explained to me.

They did an excellent job.

A group that I trust. They did what they said they would do to complete the job I expected.

I would highly recommend All American for anyone needing gutter repairs or replacement. The experience was 100% professional from consultation day til project completion. They made it so easy.

The installers were very polite and didn't waste any time. There was no mess. They did a great job! The salesperson was real good too. He came back out and inspected everything. He was a real pleasant guy. Rhodes, at the office, got the guys out here for me. He called me one day and then two days later, the guys came early. The guys started, finished, and picked up everything without a mess. I couldn't have asked for a better job!

Not until the drip along the length of the gutters (completely around the house) is cured will I recommend All American Exteriors to others. I will say their pricing was competitive, but not the lowest bid. I felt comfortable with the sales person and took a chance. The gutters look nice, but they drip. FIX IT PLEASE!

Some materials were delayed in transit, but All American did a great job of communicating the situation and working with us to coordinate an alternative install date. I have had them do an installation a year ago, and had some problems. They stood behind their work, and you don't get that often. They have also done work on my lake house, and I will use them for many years to come.

I was in need of a contractor to perform exterior work on my home. I was most interested in hiring a company that I would feel comfortable with especially if follow-up work is needed. I located All American Exteriors and simply made a cold call to the office.

I was immediately pleased by the quality of information provided to me even though my home is located further from the normal service area of this company. I quickly received an estimate and the estimator provided all the detail that I needed to make a decision. There was no pressure or any effort to obtain a commitment from me as you often experience with larger companies. Weather did hamper the start of my project but I felt well informed while waiting for the work to be done.

Office personnel were great. Job site foreman was excellent. Work done was very good. I would recommend this company to anybody.
