Brett is so confident about Albar's products and services and does not use (doesn't need to) any pressure to sell. He informed me of their superior quality windows compared to Anderson, Pella, etc. by showing me the actual test results, and their after service, including lifetime guarantee that is transferable. Also I was very pleased that every single person who answered their phone when I called were courteous, and willing to help.

I told him I wanted the storm door to have as much glass as possible and as low frame as possible and he was able to do that and we were able to come up with a very nice handle. He understood the look I wanted to achieve.

After the installation I wanted to know whether I could put one of those 3 end hanger hooks on the door that you can remove without making any damage on any surface because I didn't want to put a hanger hook to hang wreathes and things and he called the factory and found out. That was how responsive he was to me.

I live right down the street from them so the office lady brought the final invoice to my home and I went in person and paid it. They are congenial people.
