I had multiple items returned to me broken and nobody ever followed up with me for those items. Some were famile heirlooms that can't be replaced.

The employees are outstanding, but the owner of the company isn't very nice. He doesn't talk to women and he doesn't explain things. The employees couldn't be any better. They know how to do their job, and how to speak to you. I can't say enough about the employees.
