The Professionalism and dedication to their craft is second to none and it shows in the finished product. The project was a major undertaking and I couldn’t imagine doing it with another contractor. I was a General Contractor for 30 years and I can tell you AI Restoration is the Gold Standard.

Shortly after moving into our home, we discovered evidence of mold in a bedroom. What we believed to be a small problem quickly escalated into an enormous stucco remediation project. From start to finish, the Ai Team guided us through what needed to be repaired, how it would be repaired, and they helped us through all decisions that needed to be made. Throughout the project, every member of their team was professional, hard working, and very skilled at what they do. The quality of work was above average. Ai Restoration did an amazing job of replacing the stucco and repairing water damage on our chimney! Sean Forbus was a fantastic POC from start to finish and quickly provided us a robust estimate for the replacement while we were still under contract on our home. He patiently answered all of our questions throughout the process, and he kept us up to date with the progression of the work from start to finish- all of which exceeded our expectations for how quickly they completed the work! The crew was very knowledgeable and respectful, and Karen in the office was so helpful and kind to work with! Ai did a terrific job replacing the stucco on our home with Hardie board. We are extremely satisfied with the planning and workmanship. Our home looks great and we are very confident we are now well protected against any water/moisture issues going forward given the underlying water management system installed under the siding. The Ai staff is professional, courteous and very committed to the utmost quality. Recommend highly.
