Everything was done very well, and they were professional. They came out and did everything they said they were going to do and they came back to pick up the equipment on time. Everything was done very professionally, and I would recommend them.
Don't normally do ratings but were so impressed with Advanced Restoration that I felt like that should be commended. we had extensive fire damage and these guys came in and recovered 90% of out family photos! I was impressed with their dedication and determination to save everything within their grasp. Its was as thought they were on a personal mission. I definitely recommend these guys to anyone needing restoration services. They made us smile even in a depressing situation. One happy customer here!!!!!

Members have the option to turn off reviews but cannot hide individual reviews. It's all or nothing. This means that any reviews you see on a GuildQuality profile page are real comments left by the customer and verified by GuildQuality.

The bar graph and percentage next to the question stand for the percentage of respondents that were "Satisfied" about that particular question.
A customer is considered satisfied about about a question if they answered with 4 or more stars out of 5.
