I would not hesitate to recommend Adkins & Sons. Starting with the estimate, they were very thorough, reviewed all our options, provided some good technical background as we discussed options and were not afraid to share their professional opinion when asked. They were not pushy and no high pressure sales BS (sign now and save 20%, etc...). I have dealt with the big manufacturer direct vinyl people in the past and Renewal by Anderson for this project - dealing with Adkins & Sons was very refreshing after dealing with those clowns. Paul was obviously an experienced tradesman and not just a sales person trying to meet a quota and doing so by telling you how bad the competition was. I believe I got a better product that was appropriate for my house for a bit less and without the smoke and mirrors pricing with stupid "one day only" discounts and high pressure sales techniques. Wish I would have just called them first. Also - I feel better knowing I am supporting a local, family owned business and I am confident they will stand behind their work. They made some adjustments to a door they installed for me years ago ( a couple times) without much hesitation, even though they problems were due to settlement and not their original installation.
