Our job was delayed significantly by materials and staffing issues. Due to the delay caused by those issues, what was supposed to take four to six weeks turned into six months. We are not going to recommend them to friends because of the delays and not knowing when things were coming. It was just crickets for weeks. If you don't know, you could connect with your customer. I work in construction and also have expectations that when there are delays, you need open communication, and that should be the expectation. Give a phone call just to say, I don't know, or this is what I am being told. As the consumer, I don't want to have to chase a contractor, he should be calling or leaving messages for weekly updates on what the next steps are. Give me a calendar, set my expectations, or reset my expectations.
