Although I am happy with the work, product and how my house looks, my biggest complaint would be a lack of communication during the job. The crew showed up half a day late once and the following week didn’t show up for two days with no phone calls to let me know. I’m waiting currently for them to come back and finish caulking, which I was told would be done on Saturday, once again no workers and no phone call. Some of the issues that came up on the job could have been easily resolved had the job leader communicated with me.

I will definitely recommend the team at Accurate Carpentry, not only for Hardie Board installation but for any carpentry work. They not only were a great group of guys who were "chill", yet professional, they they completed the project in a timely manner with a high end quality of finish work, paying attention to details. They found problems and offered solutions and then took care of the issues. They were consistent about cleaning up their mess at the end of every day. They asked for my input when it was appropriate and I appreciated their willingness to simply, do the right thing where it needed to be done.

We hired Accurate Carpentry to raise the height of a hallway banister off a flight of stairs. We were looking for skilled craftsmanship given the age of our home and the needs for the interior woodwork, and Dwayne demonstrated knowledge and expertise during the consultation. Scheduling the consultation and the work was fairly straightforward, and we thought the quote was fair and in line with the complexity of the work. Dwayne and his team arrived promptly and completed the work in a timely manner and as planned. We're very happy with the quality and aesthetics of the Accurate team's work and would hire them again for future projects.

Lead Source - I heard about Accurate Carpentry because I was looking to have Hardy board composite installed on my house. I contracted another company that was supposedly an expert and was one hundred percent dissatisfied. I found Accurate Carpentry through the James Hardy website in my area. They torn off the bad job and did the job to my satisfaction.

Most of the crew were also of a very high caliber. A couple of minor things didn't turn out great at first, but Dwayne and the guys did a great job of making them right after they were pointed out.

Our siding job was not without hiccups (what construction job is?), but Accurate Carpentry personnel dealt with them in a timely and professional manner. My only complaint is that we were quoted a 4 week start date. The eventual start time was nearly double that. Otherwise, it was all good. I highly recommend this contractor.

Competitive contractors offered lower prices, but had every reason in the world to install it their way. Proper installation was important to us to ensure that the product warranty would be valid.

Accurate's work was excellent. Even though weather and materials availability significantly delayed project completion they were diligent to ensure completeness and quality throughout.
