We love the replacement and the people who worked to replace our roof were great. However, communication was very spotty, we had two different contractors guide us through the process. One left the company mid project and the other went MIA after the roof finished. We never heard anything from the second Gentleman and we had to contact the company to close out the claim.

Communication was not at best. We were only given 2 choices of colors for our roof. We wanted black and the sales associate confirmed that the sample he was showing us would appear black once it was installed onto our roof. We felt that the color was much lighter than black.

Charlie Price was absolutely wonderful to work with. He had everything covered and answered all my questions! He is very knowledgeable in all respects. His team of workers did a great job and made sure there was no debris left lying around the yard. They arrived at 7AM and stayed until 7 PM to make sure everything was done to perfection. Your company has a great team of workers. And, making sure all the attic fans were working was good. Also, the new skylights that were put in looked like they had always been there. and, the team which did the small copper roof over the front door entrance was really good also.
