When I first called, they said they would call me back. Tony called me the same day about 1p and said they could do the job the next day. The next day, they came out and starting doing my roof. They were done with everything including all the cleanup with the shingles before I even got home.

I'm a business person and have been for most of my life and customer satisfaction is number one with any business. I expect it and when I don't get it, I let people know. Right now, I'm not satisfied and I haven't gotten a response back on my letter. I am thinking that the price should be lowered to $400 because $600 is too high.
