Owner Chris Zorzy, at our initial meeting, did a thorough examination of my roof, complete w/ cell phone photos of problems to show me, ( I'm NOT climbing up there to see things first hand). He then took plenty of time teaching me about the parts and function of each layer of a roof; about which I was clueless. He presented several options, including what I DIDN'T need due to the construction of my house, that's honesty and integrity. Once we signed a contract, Chris Z. checked in frequently and the day of the job, he came in the morning, mid day and at the end of the job. I can't say enough about the crew. It was amazing to watch a Real Team each doing his part, so the whole thing moved along seamlessly. As promised the job was done in one day, (very important to me); and they were beyond meticulous about clean up, out corners that weren't really part of the roofing. Juan, the foreman was exceptionally detail oriented and communicated with me throughout the day A&A Services is an exemplary business, who I recommend most highly, and who I will do business with for my future home improvement projects. .

I am very happy that we used Home Advisor to find A & A Services. Matt was very communicative and showed up on time. He came here twice to explain things. We could not pay up front but recommended financing options for us. We were hoping to get a roof done over the next two months. We got it the week after. They are very professional. They cleaned everything up and it looks nice. Before they started the job, they talked to all of our neighbors about coming out. I am 100% satisfied.
