They come earlier then they say that they are coming when you are the first call of the day. Any customer would be annoyed with that. They should tell you that they are coming between 7:30 and 9 instead of 8 to 9. It is a characteristic of the company to do that. A couple of years ago they installed a garage door opener for me and they did the same thing.
I called to set up an appointment, and they were able to send someone out the same day. Service tech was able to assess issues quickly. All parts were on the truck and extensive repairs completed in less then an 90 minutes. It's been 2 months since the repairs and door is operating smoothly.
The fellow that came was friendly & knew what was doing. I had originally called to get new remotes, but was shown that the lifting mechanism was beginning to fail. I agreed to have the system fixed. The new Lift Master has better lighting which stays on longer. So far, I am satisfied.
Mike arrived early, and did a fantastic job. I could not be happier with the end result.

There was an emergency that was responded to within an hour or so. I was on the way to work and the garage door was messed up. My wife wasn't going to be able to get in or out, so they came and it worked out well.
