We have used ZPCI services throughout our 30 years of home ownership. We called to set up an appointment for powerwashing, shared photos by text/email, and received a proposal same day! And - due to unexpected weather conditions - they were able to schedule our service for the next day! Dorian communicated the name and anticipated arrival time of our tech, Juan. The job including washing our home’s siding/trim, as well as our front walkway and concrete steps. The work was completed within the specified timeframe. Our house, steps and walkway are now Spring clean! They even accommodated a special request: to wash the front bay window trim and siding of our adjoining neighbors townhome (a neighbor who graciously mows our lawn). We received an invoice and mailed a check for full payment next business day (no deposit was required).

Over the past year, I have attempted to work with several contractors in various trades including painting. I have been promised estimates, had significant delays in communications, unclear documentation on requested project scope, then ghosted, etc. Zampiello did none of that. While they have also been impacted by the pandemic, they set clear expectations right from the beginning and then followed through on exactly what was going to be done, when it could be done, and what it would cost. Currently, that level of professionalism appears to be in short supply and makes Zampiello really stand out among contractors.

I was referred to Zampiello Paint Contractors, Inc. by a neighbor who had used them previously and was extremely satisfied. In fact, they are using them again this year. From the original meeting with the estimator who spent about two hours checking for rotten boards and evaluating what the entire project would entail, to the estimate being delivered within a very short time span, and to other conversations regarding the project with the office manager and the owner, my husband and I have been very impressed with the entire process. This is a company that is very thorough and we are confident that the power wash, replacement of rotten wood, and the exterior painting will be worthy of a five star rating. We have been so impressed with Zampiello to date that we had one of their painters paint a bathroom that had been badly primed and painted previously. The final result was perfect and we are once again impressed with Zampiello’s professionalism, their work ethic, and their highly skilled workers, and look forward to our home of 38 years looking brand new!

I attended a neighborhood holiday gathering the day after the work was completed and told everyone how happy I was with the job they had done. It seems Most people there had already used Zampiello and started telling me how happy they were with the work that was done!

Very pleased with Zampiello. Very responsive from the time I requested a quote through completion of the project. They were able to schedule my work well ahead of their original estimate..."under promise and over deliver". Unfortunately many contractors these days do the opposite. Several additions outside of original estimate were given during the work and each was explained and cost was given. Work was done in a timely and professional manner. Work crew was on time and courteous. Would recommend Zampiello without hesitation.

Very high quality work, patched and painted two large holes in drywall in two different rooms, repairs are are not visible. Did same for exterior wood trim, removed and replaced rotted wood sanded and painted, another invisible repair. The two industrious workers arrived on time, worked fast and efficiently without sacrificing quality. They were friendly and professional and were equipped with the latest tools and materials. Removed all debris and vacuumed work spaces.

The job involved removing old grass cloth wallpaper and painting a two-story staircase and front hall. The walls now appear flawless. Although the wait time was months long due to high demand during the pandemic, the work was excellent.
