Purchase Reason - I toured a home in Phase 1 of the Edgemoore community that was for sale and realized that I could get a brand new build, custom to my taste for relatively the same cost. I consider myself blessed to have stumbled upon Traton in the process of house shopping.

Additional Comments - I had heard horror stories and even received some advice from trustworthy people in my life that new construction could be more complex and difficult than I expected. Every step of Traton's process proved those statements false. The experience was fun and gave me the power and influence to design and purchase a home that had my own stamp on it. Of course, as a buyer there are more steps to keep up with on the calendar to execute a new build but I'm naturally a meticulous planner and Traton really made the journey enjoyable and exciting. I'm incredibly grateful and would absolutely recommend Traton to friends and family in the Atlanta area!
