They did not come at the scheduled time. I had to reset my schedule to work with them.
I had email correspondence with the company about my issues, but since I have noticed oversprsy on my dark wood floors as well as missed spots and paint on my kitchen light fixtures.
APC was contracted by our HOA to paint and do repair work on the exterior of our townhome bldg. Our building has seven residences so there were a lot of decisions that had to be collectively agreed to by all of the seven neighbors... no easy task. Once colors were settled on, the crew worked fast and pretty efficiently. Jaime the project manager was very patient and responsive to everyone's questions. I was very happy with the job they did on my home. There were a few things that they had to come back and attend to, but they were very good about doing that. I think it looks great and our HOA negotiated a fair price.
They should have patched up some holes before they painted over. Left an uneven tone to the final look.
Definitely plan to use thhis company in the near future. (Possible on a week).
They were very pleasant to work with and did a great job!
The first part of the job was outstanding. The second, most recent part of the job was unacceptable. There was a lot of dirt, and the project manager told me to clean up the dirt myself.
The painters were knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, and professional while completing a great paint job and answering any questions or potential concerns. Happy to highly recommend! :-)
The actual work was excellent, but I had an issue about the color and it cost me an extra $700. When I pointed this issue out, I received a call from Jason on July 13. He said he didn't know about that issue and he promised that he would refund the $700 for that item as I had done all in my power to avoid just that. I never heard anything else about that phone call and promise from him, so on August 23 I texted to see if there had been any progress on that. He said that he thought that had processed already and apologized and said he would check on it and get back to me shortly. It is now September 19 and I have never heard anything else. Sad, because it was such an excellent paint job. The $700 was a bad break, but worse than that was the call to me and promise of reimbursement, and then nothing. And then another contact from me to him and nothing. That is worse than the original situation that cost the money.
They did a great job after a previous painting company did a horrible job. Will definitely use again.
The crew leader was not the person they said was coming. He did not speak English. They did not tape anything. Got paint everywhere. Felt as if I got the “C” team. Everything was a struggle - painting the window sills; painting the doors. This company had done a great job on our exterior a few years ago but we were so disappointed. They did send someone back a week later but why not do it right the first time.
The painters were diligent about protecting the items in the home. They perform quick and quality work. They made sure we were happy with the work before they left
The Painting Company has always done an excellent job! I have used this company three different times for three separate projects and each time have been very happy with the final result.
The work was well done. The guys showed up as planned, and they cleaned up after themselves.
I think our likeness to review will entirely depend on how the issues we've found post-completion are resolved.
I had one small problem that had to be corrected.
Painting work was excellent. Did a small amount of damage to one of our stairs and the stairwell. Supposed to come back to repair but have not heard from them in several weeks. If not for that I would highly recommend but for obvious reasons can not.
It's pricy but high level of professionalism. If its a complex or large job that someone needs I'd advise checking out the painting company. If you want someone dependable and who works quick this is a company to consider. If you have a tight budget it'd be worth seeing how they compare to others but might not be the best option because it's not inexpensive to have them do the work.
The Painting Company completed my interior painting in a timely manner.
Their work is absolutely top quality. Repair work is seamless and painting is always perfect. Everyone on the tam from the estimator to the project manager and accounting department is professional, courteous and easy to work with.
Prompt quote; good price; on time and quality work
The entire experience working with all representatives and workers was professional and polite. We would recommend for painting to everyone.
They have earned my respect and my business.
I am very happy with the work that they id for me. I have already referred them to my neighbors, friends, and family.
Great experience with Atlanta Painting Company, I am a repeat customer as this is now the third project they have done for us (Exterior Painting, Kitchen Cabinets, and Interior Painting. I always find that they operate with professional and high quality. I will continue to look to APC for my future painting needs.
The crew on my job were professional and knew what they were doing.
I would use them.
We had talked to them before Covid started, which has been a two-year thing. I had their brochure, and I'm so glad they called back because I was going to go with them. I'm so glad they did. They not only did an excellent job, but they were very nice people.
The people were cordial, but there was a language barrier. I had trouble translating what I needed them to understand. The office was able to help.
It's been a year since The (Atlanta) Painting Co worked on my house. I chose them, because they offered two services I needed - exterior house painting and new gutters - and were an established company with good reviews. However, there were multiple problems with my project, mostly due to their crews rushing the job - not doing proper prep, poor carpentry, not cutting clean lines, and generally being sloppy. Communication was good with the office, and they did come back out many times at my request to fix things. Maybe it was just the crew that I was assigned, some of them seemed to be new (we all have to start somewhere), but I shouldn't have had to keep after them to do a proper job in the first place, especially considering the amount of money I paid for the job.
They had excellent communication, showed up on time, and were very clean. I have used them repeatedly for interior and exterior work.
The experience was very smooth. I was kept apprised of the process, and they kept to the time/budget.
I provided some feedback to the company, and I don't think they cared about my feedback. They told us they will be staging one day then painting another day, however, they misled me. The workers showed up and started painting. My wife works from home and a pet was there. The paint fumes were messing with them both. I asked them to dispose the paint when they were finished, and they dumped the paint in the grass. They didn't ask me about what kind of paint I wanted to use, which was annoying. When they were finished, I showed them pictures of what happened, and they did not respond. The paint job was fine, but I would not be recommending them to someone else. I wrote them an email and sent them photos about six months ago. This was my general recollection. I was not happy.
They did a great job.
Everything started off well, until they didn't have someone on site who could communicate to break the language barrier between the work crew and the homeowner. The work crew had to come back out to the house 4-5 times. One of the times they were out, one of the workers refused to do any work, so one guy did all the work himself. Then there was an issue with the billing. They billed us incorrectly based on what we discussed. The lady billed us the way she thought it should be billed.
I would give the first crew from The Painting Company the lowest possible rating. I don't believe they gave me two coats of paint, which is what I paid for. Furthermore, I was told it would take 4 1/2 to 5 days to complete my job. They were done in 2 days. The crew left a mess. I had splattered paint on brand-new stone that was just installed.
I worked with the company before, had floors put in, and had a great experience, but this time it was stressful, and there was not a lot of good communication.
They were professional, friendly, and on time.
I did not know that they subbed out all of their work.
They did a great job. It was great customer service. They were prompt and conscientious. I like working with them.
They are thorough project managers and have a great, meticulous team when it comes to painting jobs.
The Painting Company was excellent!
We had a wonderful experience with The Painting Company! The process for getting an estimate was very smooth. Everyone was on time, friendly, and professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
They did a great job.
Would definitely recommend Atlanta Painting Co to others!!
I had found your company at the “Trust Dale” website. Based on the reviews and reputation of Trust Dale, I did not get any other estimates besides yours. I was looking for a painting company that I could use going forward. Unfortunately, I was not completely satisfied with the results. The job was estimated to take up to 1 1/2 days. The work was completed in one day and although I thought it had been done well, upon further inspection, some of the details were not done thoroughly. First of all, the two windows were not covered well and had to have another coat applied the next day. I also noticed 2 of the 3 electrical covers were not removed for painting as was stated in the contract would be done. As a result, I had to remove them to clean paint off of them. The inside of the garage doors were painted, but hardware on the doors that was not to be painted has paint in various places due to not masking off the area. Also, I noticed a few areas that were not painted at all and it is evident because a semi-gloss was used over the original flat color. To sum up, I do not feel like I got a totally professional effort.
I think the job was rushed and the quality I was expecting is not there. There was no reason to complete the job in one day when an additional 1/2 day had been allocated. Just a little more time and more use of masking tape was all that would have been needed to complete the job to my satisfaction. The comments above were shared with the management of the company.
Phenomenal customer service! I wish more companies had this level of professionalism.
I have already recommended them. I actually went through the 5-star booklet that I have here as well as the Trousdale book. They were listed in both of those booklets. I needed their help after a bad experience with another company that installed floors in my home and did a lot of damage to my baseboards, walls, furniture, etc. That was one of the things I needed to be repaired, so I gave them a call. They came and gave me an estimate. They did the job and did a great job. They actually respected my home. They covered the furniture and floors and did what they had to do a neat, clean job. I am very happy with the work they did. They actually walk you through, and I didn't catch that there were a couple of walls they didn't paint. So, they sent someone right back out, and they did a great job. They were respectful of my home and property. I am not sure if I paid more than I would have with other places because I didn't get any more estimates. I just wanted to make sure I got a good company. You basically get what you pay for. I couldn't be happier. They did a great job.
They were great to work with from start to finish.
They did an excellent job painting. I spoke with Kelly for the initial job, and she was excellent. She was quick to respond to texts and emails. After the painting job was complete, a minor issue needed to be fixed. I reached out to Kelly, and she was quick to respond and got it done for me. I would definitely recommend The Painting Company to someone who wants a similar job done.
