On time, on budget, expert installation and well priced for this service.... not inexpensive but best value from all other bids. We prefer local, family-owned businesses to support whenever possible, and this was a perfect opportunity to spend money in our local community!!! The work and product were perfect and the design was just better by far than the big box store offerings. A definite winner!

We were referred to The Closet Doctor, and visited their Showroom even before we bought our house in Sun City.
Could not be happier that we went with the Closet Dr. They are responsive and knowledgeable. They did everything right from start to finish.
After one night's sleep on the bed, our guest complained that he could feel the metal ribs under the mattress. We called Closet Doctor and was told that the owner would call us back. He has not returned our call, 4 days later. I am ambivalent at this point as to whether I can recommend the Closet Doctor or not.
They did what they agreed to do, they were on time, they did great work, and they cleaned up afterwards. Nothing but high marks for them.

Wade did our old house so we used them again because it was so wonderful. Wade Simmons did all the measuring at our old place so we had him come to our new place but we did not get to sit down with or look over anything. He did not have a lot of time with us. He told us he would go back to the old file with our old closets. Instead of using 14-inch shelves they used 12-inch shelves. In our old place we had 14 inches so I was very disappointed. I had trouble getting ahold of him for questions afterward.
The guy who did the cad assisted program did pay attention to the configuration of the closet I specified.
