The reason for that rating is once the work was done, they did the work and they quoted me one price and it was different from the final price. They never explained the final deductible and I never got a print out with the detailed expenses. It was a $400 difference.

Yes and No. I Was not real excited about the workers. Did not pay that much attention to the landscaping.

Their service was not timely. It took them a few months to complete my project.

There were a couple of issues like they left trash in the yard and they took off the roof off of our shop even though they weren't supposed to. They had to replace that one but didn't make us pay for it. They didn't use the same shingles that we picked for the house, but they did replace it. They forgot to put the vents on the roof of the house, so we did not have venting for months until the inspector came out and we failed the inspection. We are still waiting for the inspector to come back to see if everything is good. They did everything quickly, for a good price, and were polite. There were just some fumbles.
