What I liked about the process was the efficiency that Sam provided. He handled all the issues from coordination with the insurance company, as well as handling the paperwork that had to be submitted with my HOA so all that was taken off my plate.

I'm satisfied with my roof and satisfied with 95% of the work that was done. I had one complaint but it was quickly resolved. The gentleman who handled the complaint rubbed me the wrong way. It did get taken care of though. Basically, I got the assumption that he didn't believe me when I told him that there was still a leak in my garage. Everybody was aware it was there, and it was repaired. The roofers accidentally put a smaller hole in there, that was just underneath the roof, a storm came through and made it leak again. I understood what happened, but I was mainly concerned that the gentleman who reviewed it told me it wasn't leaking, even though I had a big puddle in my garage. I wasn't happy with him and treated me like I didn't know what I was talking about. The whole process of putting the roof on was good, as well as them addressing the leak quickly.
