Very professional, Leo was great and helpful.
When we started the process I was told that Stormforce would help me with the insurance company. However, my insurance company will not speak with contractors. This was never mentioned as a possibility. We had to do all of the legwork. StormForce only added to the hassle by constantly calling me to see if I had spoken with the insurance company.
They did everything they could to make sure everything was good to go!

Inspection process did not occur as Rob described it. The stormforce inspector deferred to insurance adjuster. As a result, no brittle test was done. I had to go back to my insurance adjuster and argue with them to do another inspection. Only after they realized a brittle test was not done, did they agree to do another inspection. When they came onsite a second time, it failed the test. The StormForce inspector should have made sure this happened from the beginning.
They have great customer service and they communicated throughout the whole process.
