I'm not satisfied with the way the gate was constructed, despite the company redoing it. The placement of some of the fencing was not even and does not look good.
They hired unqualified help to install the fence at first, then they made it really good afterward. They had to tear the whole thing out. What they rebuilt was a really good job.
There wasn't a single aspect of the entire experience that went well for us. There seemed to have been miscommunication, overt non-communication, inaccurate information, unnecessary delays due to apathy, and a wanton disregard for urgency on our behalf.
Completed as contracted.
I was very satisfied with the final results but we went through some issues to get to that point.

Each item listed under "Customer satisfaction" represents a specific question asked by GuildQuality to customers of Split Rail Fence & Supply Co as part of our survey process. The bar graph and percentage next to the question stand for the percentage of respondents that were "Satisfied" about that particular question.
A customer is considered satisfied about about a question if they answered with 4 or more stars out of 5. For example if the "Communication" question is at 95% satisfaction that means that 95% of survey respondents answered that question with 4 or more stars out of 5 possible stars.More about surveys
