I'm not satisfied with the way the gate was constructed, despite the company redoing it. The placement of some of the fencing was not even and does not look good.
They hired unqualified help to install the fence at first, then they made it really good afterward. They had to tear the whole thing out. What they rebuilt was a really good job.
There wasn't a single aspect of the entire experience that went well for us. There seemed to have been miscommunication, overt non-communication, inaccurate information, unnecessary delays due to apathy, and a wanton disregard for urgency on our behalf.
Completed as contracted.

Great crew, great product. My only complaint was that some of the finishing caulking was a little sloppy.
Took many months to complete the project that was supposed only take 30-45 days. They subcontract all the work to cheap vendors. The main guy was nice, but overall they were very disorganized and didn’t meet commitments.
