Project Coordinator - George Burbano - I don't have any, George was always available. He always answered his phone and anytime I had a question or concern he was right on it.
The staff was very cordial and did excellent work. However, my project did take about six months from initial planning until completion.
The early going was excellent. They were responsive and attentive. The design for a kitchen and bath redo was excellent and cost conscious while also being lovely and high quality. The installation took much longer than promised and a final glitch was disputed rather than fixed right away. The ease of the early interactions was replaced by nitpicking, haggling, delays, and general lack of communication about the process itself.
