Beautiful window done professionally cleaned up afterwards respected my property

They were very easy to work with. The installers were very careful with my property, they cleaned up well. There was no sign of them being here once they left. Other than the fact, that I have beautiful windows.

Very responsive. Knowledgeable salespeople. No pressure. Quality product made locally. Lead time was shorter than what was quoted. Skilled installers. Job was completed cleanly and quickly. One of 13 windows developed a crack the 1st month. Warranty replacement of the sash was easy with no hassles.

We scheduled the windows and had to wait five months, but we knew ahead of time. I had to go out and when I came back, there were three more crews here to help finish the job.
I was awestruck at the teamwork of all of them working together and that they were going to exceed my expectations in their dedication to get the job done. I was overwhelmed. They worked together to get the job done.
It was very, very cold and their fingers were numb, so they exceeded my expectations by miles! They all earned raises that day! I gave them 5+ stars all-around when I turned my paperwork in.
They could have possibly done a better job cleaning up the little bit of riffraff, as they did leave some tools behind.
I wish I had known to take my curtains and rods down ahead of time. Things like that could have better prepared me for their arrival.

The speed of installation exceeded my expectations. The window was a 7-foot-high by 6-foot-round window. They were able to take the old one out and get the new one in without us really noticing. They stated it could be a two-day job, but they were able to complete it in one day. They were very efficient.

I am likely to recommend Seaway Window because the installation crew that came did a fantastic job. They cleaned everything and left the job site spic and span. They were just really good overall.

After having blizzard conditions I found 2 of the windows were very drafty and frost actually built up on the inside of the casing.

The installers were very professional, and the new windows look better than I imagined.
