The gap between the time we made the initial payment, which is like 1/3 of the bill, and the time they actually installed them was very large, I thought. This was the only thing I was upset about, but I mean, we've bought and paid for the windows and everything else now, and we're satisfied with the product and with the installation and everything else; it was just the gap between the time we ordered them and the time we got them that I thought was a bit long.

Not happy with my doors and it takes a long time to get them fixed like mine both doors t hat i got.
