We love the windows, and the gentlemen who did the work were very efficient.

They were understanding about how our house is outdated and there is a lot of storage. They were respectful and worked around the messes that we had. I really appreciated that. I did not feel judged by them.

I had 11 different types of windows installed in a sunroom by their certified installers, who did a wonderful job on the installation. In 2021 I had 3 of the larger windows replaced because the seals for the gas inside the windows leaked. Their lifetime guarantee meant I had to pay for the installation of the replacement windows. Now, 2 trapezoid windows have fallen apart. I contacted them to replace them, now it’s a 50% window replacement, plus installation plus, since my installer dumped them for the headaches of dealing with them, or whatever reasons they have, seaway wants to charge me transportation charges to ship the windows from Erie to Lancaster!. So it’s my fault the installers dropped them? Please don’t get hooked up with this company, you’ll be extremely sorry! 5 out of the 11 windows gone bad! NOT good odds or warranty!
