Matt and Jeff were great. It was the best crew I have seen. I have been in a construction company for 24 years and you can not beat these guys. They were very meticulous, very dedicated to making it perfect, and they worked in not so great weather. If they were not happy with how it turned out they would tear it out and do it again. They were great.
I was happy they were a hometown company and I was very satisfied with their warranty.
I would recommend them to anybody. I am pleased with the work. Everything was very professional. I am especially happy with the fact that I never heard any swearing or bad language. That was very important to me. Their conversations were clear, concise, accurate and like I said there was no bad language. They were very courteous and treated you like they were family.

I couldn't be happier with our choice of Seaway Window. We had spoken with another big name window company before but there was a lot of sales pressure and they had so many "fine print" charges and exclusions that we just didn't feel comfortable having them do our windows. The Seaway sales consultant was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to answer all our questions (LOTS of questions!). We never felt any sales pressure but were guided through the various options in a helpful way. One of the reasons we decided to go with Seaway is they have a wonderful warranty. A second reason is that (in our area) the installation is done by Seaway's own employees, not subcontractors. The final deciding factor is that Seaway windows are installed from the outside, so the installers only had to be inside for a short time and they didn't need to remove any of the interior window frame or window sash. The fine print for the "other company" warned us we should expect some damage to the interior woodwork & possibly plaster, which we would have to repair and repaint at our expense. Not so with Seaway. The exterior installation was quick and painless with no interior damage at all. I can't say enough good things about how professional and courteous all the Seaway employees were. Yes, these windows may cost somewhat more than the competition, but at the end of the day I am SO GLAD we chose Seaway over the "other guys."
They are great people to work with and they clean up after themselves. I would tell anybody about them.

Seaway Window is a local company that s worth looking into. They will come to your house and discuss your remodeling plans with you. We especially liked going to the showroom so we could see the materials before we purchased them.
