We recently remodeled our bathrooms in our condo in the west loop of Chicago. We had a great experience with Revive and definitely recommend them. Our designer, Yvonne Dabney, is extremely talented and worked closely with my husband and I to blend our styles to create 2 amazing bathrooms. Her taste level, knowledge of the industry, understanding of different materials and the production process made the execution of this project easy. Our production superintendent, Robert Moberg executed the floor plans flawlessly. He was patient and a great communicator answering some of my texts in the middle of the night. He was quick to respond and resolve any issues. This team, Yvonne and Robert, were a pleasure to deal with! The only bad thing? We miss them! Too bad we don't have another bathroom to remodel.
While we were overall pleased with the design and completion of our bathroom, one problem required four service calls and was never repaired. This inability to fix the problem diminished our happiness with the outcome.
We felt they listened to our wishes.
As designers they are excellent! For follow through of delivery of all materials properly and timely is poor. I had to pick up my own counter tops, bath fan and glas for cabinet doors that was not included in order/shipmentand was told it would take over two weks to get glass? ( I found locally and purchased and picked up same day. One side of base cabinet not finished by manufacturer and was not discovered until contractor unpacted. (I fixed it with formica product of same color.) Summary Design GOOD. Follow through poor

They never turned their noses up at our decisions or when we were trying to save money, they made sure to work with us every step of the way. We have had 3 big projects in our home and this experience has been the most educational.
I absolutely loved the designers, especially my project manager Don. They were very communicative with me. Every little issue I had, they resolved it. These guys were absolutely wonderful. The workmanship was terrific, and I would recommend them to anyone.
Heather totally changed my mind about my bathroom, and I am so glad she did. I'm so happy I took her guidance and expertise, because she really knows what she's doing.
I would totally use them again. They are a wonderful company. Whether you spend 10,000 or 1,000,000 on a bathroom, they treat you the exact same.
