From diagnosis to execution, Renaissance Roofing did an excellent job. They took time to examine our roof and pinpointed the root cause of the problems. They also took time to explain these to us. The actual work done was superb. We warched from our attic as they made progress and their work was thorough and complete. Each team that worked on our roof was professional, courteous, took time to answer any of our questions, and explained their process as they went along. Upon completion, they cleaned up wonderfully. They clearly are experts with tile roofs. We recommend them unconditionally.

Recognized Excellence - Tony was great to work with. This is my first tile roof and he spent time explaining how they work and what you need to do to maintain it. The Lady who did the scheduling was good to work with. She followed up as the project progressed and followed up when it was completed. The on site Forman did a nice job of keeping our Maintance person informed as things were vcompleted.

I am satisfied with the work, and will most likely continue to have Renaissance Roofing service my roof since they have worked on it for over a decade (under the previous owner), and are known for high quality work, but the wait for the repairs to start (5 months) was so long that though I will recommend them, I will also warn them about the timing if their work is urgent.

This summer we had our 100-year-old clay tile roof repaired by Roger and his team at Renaissance. They had to undertake quite a bit of sub-roof repair on this century-old home as well. In fact, they were the most conscientious people and hardest workers we've ever hired!! Who knew roofing could be such an art form? While being surrounded by scaffolding for weeks is not fun, their commitment, clear communication, respectful treatment of the yard and space, and enthusiastic, earnest efforts made it tolerable/even enjoyable :) The people at Renaissance really take pride in their work and treated our home like it was theirs. They are responsive, responsible, and also deliver a high-quality product. The team worked long, hot days to complete the project timely. And it looks absolutely beautiful!
