We had a new slate roof installed on our 94-year-old home. The job was challenging due to the steep pitch and multiple angles. We are very pleased with the appearance of the roof and the quality of the workmanship.

They completed the work quickly as well. Pictures of completed job was sent to me and work looked great. It has rained a few times since the job has been completed and no additional leaking. Renaissance Roofing provided an exceptional service when restoring the original glazed tile roof on our 1925 historic home. Greg Derry, Tom Bunders and Ray Kemppainen each went above and beyond to ensure that our job was scoped, priced, scheduled and executed correctly.
Greg worked with my insurance company to ensure that the correct scope was approved, Tom scheduled the project ensuring that when necessary we had up to 4 crews working simultaneously, and Ray and crew were onsite each morning at 6:45am for almost 3 months straight. These guys are incredible craftsmen, explaining each step of the project, and making sure that we were happy with the result. Each member of the Renaissance team, from Brenda in the office to each member of their crew, are incredibly professional.

Renaissance provided the most detailed proposal for the complete restoration of the original clay asbestos tiles on our 92 yr old Sanctuary. The project included abatement of the original roof and replacement and installment of all new copper flashing and gutters. The quality of work provided and the communication throughout the entire project was excellent.

From diagnosis to execution, Renaissance Roofing did an excellent job. They took time to examine our roof and pinpointed the root cause of the problems. They also took time to explain these to us. The actual work done was superb. We warched from our attic as they made progress and their work was thorough and complete. Each team that worked on our roof was professional, courteous, took time to answer any of our questions, and explained their process as they went along. Upon completion, they cleaned up wonderfully. They clearly are experts with tile roofs. We recommend them unconditionally.
