Our experience with Precision Cabinets, Inc was OUTSTANDING! From design phase, to choosing materials and hardware, and through to final installation, we were totally satisfied with everything about Precision Cabinets. We even added a special, out-of-the ordinary request to incorporate a 40-year old bench into our completed kitchen cabinets! They graciously provided added an extra piece to make the kitchen look great, as if the bench had been a part of the original design. The bench had been in my previous home and my two sons grew up having a lot of good times with friends and family, gathering at the table and sitting at that bench for many home-cooked meals! At Christmas, my sons and their wives, along with our 4 grandchildren and my husband and I gathered around the table and sat on that old bench, celebrating our new home in the NC mountains! Ken didn't hesitate to make that bench work in our new kitchen! That's service above and beyond the call of duty.

Ken and Emily were wonderful to deal with! They kept us abreast of the progress as it went along, which was very important to us as we live outside of the area. Emily is a very talented designer and gave us amazing recommendations! Ken took care of every detail to perfection and we ended up with a spectacular kitchen. We would recommend Precision Cabinets to anyone who wants the job done right!

This is a great local company; always responsive and proactive. The team members are able to somehow interpret gobbled descriptions correctly and even better than anticipated. All the members of the team are personable and treat you professionally but also like family. They are always supportive and never treat odd phone calls, messages and questions as though they are bothersome. Can't say enough good things about them. Their artistry is amazing!!!!
