Areas Of Satisfaction - Everything exceeded my expectations. This is my second time building with them. I built with them a second time because the customer service is impeccable, the quality of the work is second to none, and everyone took pride in helping me build my dream home. It was a wonderful experience.

Additional Comments - It was a wonderful experience. They held my hand and walked me through the process. There have been a lot of construction changes post-COVID, and I have no regrets coming back to them to build this dream home for me. My architects were great just from the initial pre-planning stages, and drawing up the floor plan and the design details. They gave me great recommendations keeping costs in mind, and to make my house look beautiful, so I just felt they really cared. They were phenomenal to work with. If I was building a third house I would go back to them in a heartbeat! I have no reservations recommending them and building with them again. They're just a wonderful group of guys and they treated me like family. One thing that really stood out is that at the closing, there were like 8 or 10 of them there, including one of the owners, my architect, all the guys that were there from the step, sales, my project manager, my building supervisor, my new and old project manager, were there to congratulate me, and I just felt the love, and the support, they were just an awesome, awesome, awesome team. My design team was also exceptional. Annie Payne and Kritika, who left the company, but my design ladies were fabulous. They really steered me the right way.

This was our fourth home that we've built, and this has been one of the best experience that we've had with a builder.

Areas For Improvement - I cannot think of any areas at this point where Payne & Payne Builders fell short of my expectations.

Employees & Subcontractors - Very impressed with employees and subcontractors. In particular Payne & Payne is excellent on communication, staying in touch, responding quickly to inquiries and issues, and updating financial information and scheduling.

They are wonderful builders.

Payne and Payne made the process very seamless for us. We love our new home and would not choose anyone but them even in the future. We felt more like friends than clients. Highly recommend them.

Our home is more than we envisioned. We had many meetings with the builder before we broke ground and felt comfortable with our early plans and decisions. Subsequently, many changes were made but they never became a problem. Our desires were always met. We had immediate access to the architect, builder and construction manager at all times and they were extremely easy and thoughtful to work with.

As first time home builders, we don’t think we could have had a better building experience. We got everything and more than we expected from the beginning. It is a very well built home put together by very talented tradesmen. We highly recommend Payne and Payne. They will listen to you and build everything you have always wanted in a home.

It's a big YES! The building experience was a painless one. It was actually enjoyable to see the progress from start to finish. Our expectations were exceeded in quality, communication and, well, with everything! John is an all-star! There was not one time where we doubted that. Nick is detail-oriented and efficient, and Jason was the perfect person to start everything rolling. We would recommend this Dream Team to anyone! And... we have to acknowledge Jenna and her design expertise - she was the best and the result is a beautiful home!

This is my third house in ten years. They were very easy to work with. Spent lots of time up front so not a lot of mistakes while building.

For sure, we'd recommend Payne. It's still very early in the construction phase, but so far the experience has been great. We trust and appreciate the company and the people we are working with.

After this experience I would never consider building with anyone other than Payne & Payne. Every single person we worked with clearly wanted to be helpful and build the best house possible. Their attention to detail and expertise made an intricate, expensive process overwhelmingly positive.

We’ve now built two homes with P&P. We feel we again have a quality home, and we know they will stand behind there product if issues arise.

They are very professional, straightforward, flexible, and willing to answer any and all questions. They seemed to have a high level of integrity.

The positive experience starting in the sell process with Michael Yoe. He created the vision of what the build experience was going to be with Payne & Payne. He also stayed connected throughout the process when that was not his role. Darrell Hershey was fantastic with guiding me through the entire experience. He often went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with selections and processes. Bob Miozzi was able to take the vision and execute it to a tee. His expertise on making sure that things were done at the highest level produced a wonderful home.

The entire build process from the design phase to the build phase was flawless ! I would recommend Payne and Payne for either a remodel project or a new build project which was what we did .

Payne & Payne was very resourceful in giving us the best solution for remodeling. They worked closely with our designers to create a space that we can enjoy for a lifetime.

They have both invested their time and effort to ensure that I understand all parts of the process and that all of my questions are answered. They provide frequent updates and am been available at all times.

I cannot say enough about the team I have been working with. I was also very fortunate to work with Annie Payne for my home design - she was amazing and a great listener! I was anxious about a "design" meeting but she made it fun and made me feel confidant about my decisions!

Trust - As a single mom who travels for work, trust was a big factor in my home building process. Jason, Nick and Bob spent so much time and energy working with me over the course of the project, I developed complete trust in their work. Additional Comments - It was awesome and I really do love my home. The Payne and Payne guys were the best. I am very happy with how it all turned out.

The process was disorganized from beginning, things were done out of order, not tracked, not monitored and there were multiple times we found ourselves having to repeat the same conversations over and over. Trades have one focus which is completing their piece of the build. I found some of the trades, paint/stain (Rudy), electricians (Tri-county Electric) many issues, still working through them a month after close, multiple breakers keep tripping, heating/AC slow to respond to communications, and Radioactive not as much of experts on sound/networking as they said, still having issues with them after close. I felt many times my comments/concerns were blown over or not addressed in a timely manner and I felt that there was a lot of excuses and not a lot of holding trades or Payne and Payne associates accountable for doing a premier job. I don't feel I have enough things completed and am at a place to assure anyone what next 11 months will be like.

Areas Of Satisfaction - We had very high expectations for Payne and Payne. They were exceeded. The standard of excellence and communication are big differentiators. As always, it's about the people. You have excellent people who are total professionals.

Do Over - Truly...nothing. I would recommend or build with P&P again without hesitation. I wouldn't even consider anyone else.

Best Practices - All of our choices worked out very well. It is difficult to single out any because the builder did such a great job from the beginning of the process until the end. We were very happy with changes that were made to the original plans to accommodate furniture and other changes that we requested after building had begun.
