We will definitely recommend PC to friends, family and our neighbors. Many people want a quick fix and prefer the big box type stores. We wanted to personalize our space more and pick out each aspect of this new bathroom upgrade. We are very pleased with the cabinets, tiles, sinks, quartz, hardware, lighting, flooring, etc. It is simply beautiful. We are almost completely finished and will enjoy it for years to come.
Quality to be expected for the price. Service was less than expected
I had asked my designer(Kellie Nedell) to make my cook island the same size as I previously had. Unfortunately, on one side it is 7 inches more narrow than it was previously. 7 inches is a lot! I paid good money to have professional measurements made. I personally know that I have trouble with space and measurement. I trusted Kelli’s measurement of my island was correct. The cost of my countertop would have been quiet expensive with PC so I decided to go with McDonald Marble and Stone. Please understand that I used the original measurement that Kellie had given me. After all I trusted that they were right. Once my new countertop was done it seemed narrow on the one side. I finally saw a picture of the size of the original one and could have proof that it was not the same. So disappointing. So my finished product that I use all the time is 7” by 56” to narrow. There was also a problem with 12 of my cabinets. I feel like PC did a good job of making that problem right. Knowing all the problems. I would be skeptical. Kellie is a very nice person.
They were great, local and friendly company!
They delayed the install after getting the wrong cabinets. I was not happy with the delay and felt they could have scheduled us much sooner.
I was very impressed with the way the lady took care of me and helped me with everything.
I really think PC Home Center worked well with me and listened to what I had to say. We worked off of each other's ideas. Kelli Nedell helped me with the kitchen design and we worked well together. She didn't force anything down on me and offered suggestions. It wasn't forced at all.
The service I received in all areas has been outstanding as well as the products they have provided.
They have poor communication skills. The installation crew however done a great job.

When they first came out they measured the floor space wrong which had us end up with a box and a half of extra flooring. It was too much waste. They wouldn't refund me for the full box when I asked them to.
