PC Home Center did a great job in everyway.
I was very happy with the work and the installation. The only drawback was the wait time but I knew it was there.
I recommended them to my next-door neighbors. The same man from PC Home Center went over and measured their windows. Then he kept putting them off for months and months about delivering the windows. When delivered, they were the wrong size. He measured them and brought them, and they were paid in advance. He knew he had the wrong size windows and picked them up instead of having PC Home Center deliver them. He happened to have a concrete saw, and he sawed out the brick on their house to make the windows fit, front and back.
Installation Crew - I would give ten stars for the installer if I could. He was great. He was a really good guy.
I was very satisfied working with PC Home Center. They did exactly what they said they would do, and they gave me the best price! I live in Kentucky, but I went to Indiana to buy some additional windows. I was looking for Marvin windows. Other dealers told me that I had to put down 100% of the payment and wait 6 months! I purchased the windows from PC. It was $1000 less than the other competitors, and they allowed me to make a down payment of half now and half when the project was completed.
They are very thorough in providing options to customers. They are able to differentiate the various products they offer.
The process of buying my new door was easy. They explained everything and the installation was smooth.

Once I purchased from the store, it took more than a year to be completely satisfied with my purchase. I still think in the end they did correct issues, they understood my issue, and they did solve the problem. As many times that I had to contact them to see where everything was going was unfavorable.

Yes, I would recommend PC Home Center to a friend. The sales staff is knowledgeable and courteous. The installation process was great. However, we’ve had minor issues with the materials ordered. Being that it takes a lot longer than we had expected.
