I was not comfortable taking the Bay window measurements to make sure they fit the space that was to be vacated by the damaged window. Jason and the installer both came to our house and did all the measuring and ordering of parts that were .needed, After meeting the installer and getting clarification on a few questions in my mind, I knew that Jim would be the right person for the installation. In addition, Jim was able to connect me to a painter who was willing to come to our house and stain the new raw wood, seal the wood and finish off the lacquor process. Having the process fall into place from beginning to end and have a point person like Jason to work with was a comfort to an 81 year old customer. Our original Bay window was installed by Jim Mcintire in about 2016 and he was used by PC. So both my experiences with buying, ordering and installing by PC have been very positive.

Staff at PC is always willing to help, and the quality of the products and brands is excellent.

Trash left on the roof below the windows. When they installed the windows, they remove a piece of vinyl siding below one window and never put it back. It’s missing.

Considering what we paid for our cabinets, some of the work was shoddy. The shelves in the glass front upper bar cabinets were badly frayed and look like they were cut with a buzz saw. Not sure why the installer didn't mention it when he was putting them in. They did supply new shelves, but this should have been caught before they were ever delivered and installed. A lot of the trim pieces and some of the cabinet shelves were missing and had to be re-ordered, which slowed down the installation.

Also, we ordered 8 dining chairs and since they weren't delivered with the cabinets, we had to pay a $100.00 delivery fee. I think it would have been better customer relations to deliver at no cost after all that we had ordered from PC.

Outstanding communication, professional, kind and personable humans, really made our door install a simple matter - others had ghosted us and flat out turned us down and were unwilling to even try to help find an odd size door and install it for us.
