They were really good!
The quality of the product and installation was great but leading up to that wasn't. Our order was a special order, and when it first arrived it didn't fit, when we did a redelivery, we were promised that they will rush the order, and it will only take two weeks. But the delivery took six weeks. It was initially planned to be done in a warm weather, but we got it done in a 20 degrees weather.

They installed a set of French doors for us, and they didn't fit right for a screen door. They pretty much said there's nothing they can do, and my neighbor figured out a way to fix out the problem that didn't take any time at all.
They were beyond what we thought. Everything they did was perfect. Jen was a wonderful salesperson and we couldn't have been happier!

Our install was wonderful. Gary and crew were professional and adept. However, our sales rep Ryan has been in turn, rude, unresponsive to phone calls, and excuse-filled. We have hardly been high maintenance. Our $6000 door came in with a visibly substandard manufacture from Sun, Inc. Our hardware was ordered, signed for by PC, and then “lost.” We still have not been told anything about when it may be installed...in 2008 PC did a massive reno for me in Oxmoor Woods (Louisville). My sales rep, Adam Bratcher, Amanda, etc. were EXCEPTIONAL professionals. Over the year-long job, issues arose and glitches were always handled with such calm and kindness. After the job wrapped, I was actually asked to appear in a commercial for PC. I feel VERY differently about PC, at this point. If your sales staff now now only cares about getting the job, but is put-out with the customer when PC or the manufacturer is at fault over something, then that is bad business. So is speaking to a customer post-sale in an annoyed and condescending tone. Your sales force IS the face of PC.
I was forced to pay in full BEFORE receiving any materials, much less installed. The installer failed to identify a window being replaced had a security sensor. The only understandable aspect of this, which was still detrimental, was that he could not re-install the wire because of warranty issues. So I was left without an alarm system until I could get the security sensor replaced. In addition, the replacement windows were a few inches taller than the originals which required moving the stools. In one window, this required cutting into the paneling underneath the stool which the installer remedied by a Sawzall leaving an uneven cut that resulted in up to a quarter inch gap between the stool and paneling. Furthermore, I never received a call from PC asking me if I was satisfied with the installation. I figured it hopeless since I had to pay 100% upfront and had no leverage anyway.
They were on time and prompt. They did a job well done.
It was an easy process and great pricing.
There was a problem with my cabinets but they took care of it for me.
