Install crew was exceptional and I have no issues with them. It has been over one year since I ordered the windows and the job is still not complete. The office first forgot to order some of the trim, then ordered the wrong trim. It has been 4 weeks since the correct trim was ordered and I am still waiting for another install date to finish the job. This was a $55,000 job and I expect better service
This goes way beyond supply chain issues!!!

I priced another installer that uses off-brand vinyl windows and they were still more expensive than the Andersen's I bought from PC Home. I'm happy with the quality of the windows and the installation and I feel like I got a good deal to boot.
