I was very satisfied with the sales people and the installers.
The installation was poorly done. They sent the same installer out to fix it and he didn't fix it properly. The first installer was angry and miserable. Then they sent him back out again. They didn't improve the situation.
It's hard to give a good rating because they didn't show up to do the job today.
They did a wonderful job.
It was OK. It was a roller coaster. But first they installed a carpet that we didn't like, and then it took three months to get a new carpet in. It was moderately OK; it wasn't bad, it wasn't good. I would grade them a B-.
They're good. Great—A.
Miami Carpet & Tile was very timely and was able to install the carpet within a day or two after I ordered it, and they installed it. I would grade them a B. It was a little bit messy, but they were quick.
Service—everything was good. Can't complain. I'd give them an A+.
It was fine. They came when they were supposed to come and there were no surprises; they just did the job. So I'm satisfied. I'd say A. There were no issues. I'd recommend Miami Carpet & Tile.
Very versatile, as far as installation; I keep changing it on several days, and they were able to work very equally and fluidly with it. I'd say A+.
Everything went very well. Did a very good job. I'd give it an A+. Quality of work seemed very good.
The padding I was supposed to get did not come with the carpeting. My husband noticed it after the padding was already laid down. It’s a little thing called trust. You trust people to provide what you paid for. The padding was already laid down, and my husband noticed it was not the right padding. We did not watch over their backs. We didn’t want to. They had to take out all the padding, and we had to wait a couple of hours for the proper padding to be installed. At this point, the padding is installed, but I’m not even sure if I got the right carpet or not, because the trust is not there anymore. I'd give them a B. When it was found out, then somebody came over and was very, very nice about it. Of course, what could they say, they were caught. But if we hadn’t noticed, we would have gotten the wrong padding, and it was inferior to what we had paid for. There are a couple of lumps that I’m not happy with, but it gets to the point that you say to heck with it. I gave them my vacuum cleaner; my husband gave them my vacuum cleaner. I have central vac., and they didn’t say that they clogged it all up. At the end of the job, when they vacuuming up all the scraps, my husband thought it would be easier for them to vacuum up with our vacuum cleaner, and we had to take the vacuum cleaner apart and take all the pieces out that had clogged up the vacuum. I wasn’t happy about that either, because I could tell something was wrong, and they would fix it. We tried to be nice, and it didn’t happen.
The person that I dealt with—his name was William—absolutely wonderful. The people that came to do the work, did an excellent job. They were quick, they were accurate, they knew what they were doing; everything about it was a wonderful experience, I can't say enough about them. I would grade them an A+. I would recommend them to anybody that I could; I have recommended them already.
We liked something; we bought it, they installed it—no complications. It was done in the time they said it would be done, so there's no complaints. I would say a B. Honestly, there was no issue. I went for something after, and they couldn't find it for me, maybe because I bought already—I asked for something, and they didn't return my calls; it wasn't even a complaint. I needed some measurements for something I was going to put in after, and I would have like them to call me back; I had called them several times. Quality of work was perfect.
I liked the upfrontness about the different quality and I got the bid that I wanted. So there's a lot of integrity in how things are done and what your commitment is and they delivered on it. I would say it's an A.
It was good, they were very accommodating. I would grade them an A.
It was very efficient; I walked into the store, picked out my carpeting, the order was put in, and within the promised time, it was installed. It was a positive experience. I would grade them an A. They took care of all it. They cleared out everything they brought. I had a good experience.
They showed up on time. They did an excellent job. They followed up on the job to make sure we were happy with it. I would grade them an A+. They were perfect; they did a great job, and I can't say that all the time—these days.
I liked everything. Their pricing, their service, it was all good. I would say it was A+.
They had the selection we needed, got the carpets that we needed, and it was all good. I'd say A.
I would grade them an A+.
It was just normal. Everything was about average.
They were just very responsive. They came to the house and provided a competitive quote. They followed through and did the work, and did excellent, quality work. I'd give them an A.
The experience with them was OK. He was supposed to leave me with an extra box of flooring, but I never got it. So, if something happens with my flooring, I’m missing that extra box. I would grade my experience with Miami Carpet & Tile as C.
They were great. They were courteous, they were on time, and they were very efficient. I would grade Miami Carpet & Tile an A.
They did some work for me. They put in carpet in my bedroom, my living room, and the installers did an excellent job, and I have no complaints about that. With them, I would rate them a B.
They're just very cooperative. They're a good company. I would recommend them to anyone. Overall, I’d say they are an A company.
I had a very good experience with them. They're very good. The installers were excellent. The product was top shelf. I'd give them A+.
They are very knowledgeable and patient with me making my selections. I would grade my experience as A+.
Overall, they were great. From the carpets that they had in stock to the representative I dealt with; everything was great. I'd give Miami Carpet & Tile A+.
They delivered what I wanted, and fit it properly. I would grade them an A+.
They came when they said. I have no complaints. I would highly recommend them.
They were usually on time, and they did a reasonably good job. So, I'm reasonably happy. I'd give them a B+.
They were great. I talked to them several times, and they were awesome, so they get A+ on everything; I would use Miami Carpet & Tile again.
They were on time and they did good work and they were very responsible.
It was quick and painless. Miami Carpet & Tile made exactly what we wanted. It turned out perfectly, and it was done very quickly—A+.
I liked the men that came out to do the installation. They were quick. I would say my experience with them was C+. Sometimes the follow up wasn’t always good; I had to track down my order.
It was the installer; it wasn't so good. The installer was there on his own and had to come back out. He didn't even put the carpet up against the wall, we have pictures of it; I was very sad. I liked the carpet, and it was a lot of disarray. A lot of lack of communication. I'd give Miami Carpet & Tile a D.
What they showed me—it's a variable color, and I thought it would have more tan color, but it has more grey. It's the way it looks when they show a sample. I would grade them C—mediocre. The work was fine. They had to take one of them back because of the stitching on the edge. Their customer service was fine.
In fact, I'm thinking about having another bath and two closets done, and having them do it. I would grade them A+; they were excellent. The same thing—I had no problems at all. I would definitely recommend them. And I just said, I was going to go down to theirs, and go do another bathroom and two closets.
They were very friendly, and they showed up when they said they would. They did tile work. I would grade them an A.
It was fine. They were very nice, they came when they were supposed to, and it was OK. Everything was all right. They were very nice. I had a positive experience.
They didn't really do work, but I purchased tile from them. It was satisfactory, I guess. They were not able—or willing—to make arrangements for tile to be transferred from their warehouse to the store where I purchased it, so I had to physically go to the warehouse to get it—twice. The warehouse is not really conducive for individual customers to go pick up tile, so that was a little challenging. And the first box of tile I bought, about a quarter of the top tiles were broken—but I loved the tile; it's absolutely beautiful, and I looked forever, and they had the tile I wanted. But I don't think the customer service experience was very good; I'd give them a C. I love the tiles—I'd give the tiles an A. They didn't really provide much information or assistance, really.
They got the carpet down much faster than I expected them to. It was good; no problems. It was short and sweet. Overall experience, I'd give them a B.
They made up some area carpets for us. I'd give them an A.
They're very good. I'm very happy with them. I'd give them an A.
They installed new carpet. I'd give them an A.
It was on a boat. It was great. I'd give them an A.
