I have never had anybody as professional as Sanders Abbott from American Mortgage. He went to great lengths to help us understand our options, and get us into a loan that was a great value to us. He did a wonderful job for us.

I would make the master bedroom larger and I would find a way to have some grass area where you can relax. A community pool would be good also.

Great communications with all involved, especially project superintendent...keep us undated on all aspectsof building progress. We were living out of state during process. All warranty work was completed promptly and on dates as promised!!

I am very happy with everyone at Meeting Street. I have been accommodated immediately when I asked a question or didn't understand (like how the new dimmer lights are different than anything I knew and thought I didn't have them). Mario and Carrie have helped me so much. It is tough being a woman on your own. If they weren't as responsive as they have been my experience wouldn't be as great as it is. I don't hesitate to ask either for help. It has never been refused or put off.I thank whoever came up with the idea of a $50 gift card. Lauren helped me through so many processes from the moment I signed on. I consider her a friend. She is very knowledgeable in her field. Her help through the entire process from picking out everything for the home to right up at the closing. Also Mr. Calvin Armstrong is to be commended. He is a professional yet very personable closing attorney.
